All hail queen Mercy !! Can we all please appreciate waitressing staff with this level of customer service, because its a rarity and a joy to behold. So attentive, customer focused and just all round a genuine beaut. Thank you so much, you made mummas birthday and my bottomless brunch experience so special !

Mercy was a really good host and gave us really good advice on the cocktails. Made us feel really welcome and made sure we all had a brilliant time! She was full of so much energy and definitely recommend people coming here and would definitely come back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our bottomless brunch trip to turtle bay Guildford! Great value for money!! Our waitress Mercy, was extremely accommodating, fun and gave great advice on what cocktails to get! Thank you Gavin for making amazing cocktails for us! Highly recommend the Zombie and Reggae Rum Punch cocktails!

Booked a few tables for a work meeting over the phone and the staff were happy to accommodate. We booked for 24 and we were treated very nicely throughout the whole night. The food was great and the drinks were also nice. I feel sorry for the lady that had to take our payment as we all payed individually, but even after that she still seemed to be friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go again.

We had the bottomless brunch and it was phenomenal!! All the cocktails on the menu are included, prosecco, red stripe and soft drinks, burgers and bowls and all the breakfast items aswell.Pay extra for you sides. All the staff were brilliant and exceptionally quick!! It was fairly busy when we arrived and things kept arriving at a steady pace. The chicken roti wrap was so so tasty!! Be warned you have to finish your drinks before your next round arrives which we found tricky. Brilliant atmosphere and amazing food!!

Such a fab evening. We asked to have a table closer to the back. Music was brilliant and made me want to dance. But it was a touch loud for 7pm although it was a Saturday night. That made it a but hard to hear anyone talk. Food was fabulous, prawns were amazing and it came promptly. staff were bubbly and brilliant. Cocktails were delicious although took a while. A fabulous atmosphere, we will definitely be going back. This time I will make sure I'm not driving!!

Brilliant efforts from am understaffed team Tuesday afternoon. They were a chef down and struggling to cope. We had a great lunch and a nice bottle of red. It was a bit noisy with the groups of youngsters but we coped! The only real issue was the temperature! I was wearing a Tshirt and i never got warm the whole time! My fault? Maybe but i expected it to be warmer inside! MIL paid and insisted on an extra £20 for our waitress who did an amazing job that afternoon - always with a smile.

Happy Hour truly made us happy! Great selection of drinks. Kind and professional staff. Food order dragged a little, but it was tasty :)

Good vibes in here, we got a table straight away, the music was very loud couldn’t hear each other very well, we were sat at the far back.The food wasn’t all THATI ordered three starters Prawns,wings,sweet corn fritterspure heat that’s it ! 🌶Very bad stomach that night and next day.I’ve eaten plenty of Caribbean food and this i’m sorry wasn’t good. It’s not all about Heat!The Cocktails were nice and the waitress was very friendly and professional.It’s definitely a place for the young ones under 25 😅😂🤣
