Very busy lunch lucky to get a seat. Once seated menu explained and order taken service very slick and drinks arrived promptly. Korean beef buns very good and the Pad Thai chicken and prawn will try something different next time

Very good experience in this Wagamama, I have tried different starters and plates and all the food was really tasty. The place is very comfortable. I recommend to try grilled duck donburi.

Always a wait to get in, as very popular, and there's no option to book in advance, so I don't think it's ideal for anyone who just wants to "pop in", but the staff are friendly, the food is par for the course and the portions are generous.

As you would expect from Wagamama, they do what they do well, but there are better Japanese style restaurants if you explore. Food was good (although the ramen was unnecessarily spicy) and staff were friendly. Dining is casual and services was prompt and efficient.

Today ‘s food is really nice. I would’ve say it’s authentic Japanese food as they change the recipe to cater the people here. I particularly like their chicken katsu curry. I asked for extra source so it tastes better. The starter squid is Also deciduous. Overall, I would rate 5 out of 5 for my meal.

Main (katsu curry) was lovely. As was the sake, which is presented beautifully. It was a very long wait before we managed to gain a waiter's attention to order dessert, even though there seemed to be many staff available. After ordering dessert, it was quickly brought to us, but the ice-cream was already melted. This was eventually spotted by a passing waitress who offered me a new one, but seeing as I had already eaten some and not enjoyed it, I declined the offer. I found the coconut ice-cream to be gritty and unpleasant. The mint tea is delicious and served beautifully.

As an Asian, I think the taste of food and food making method are really weird. The foods are neither Japanese nor Korean nor Chinese nor Vietnamese nor Thai style. Maybe it’s just American style (but American food is do do better in burgers and fried chickens)Unlike other asian restaurants which may localize the taste to suit the UK people, the taste of food is too salty (-1 star) and too sweet (-1 star), or simply weird using wrong sauce (-1 star), and simply fake it as an Asian restaurant. The worst is that the rice are not fully cooked at all (-1 stars). For the service, it is nice and fast (+1 star).I recommend Wagamama can learn how to prepare food properly or just hire a Japanese chef. For I only ate the Donburi which I think the easiest preparation one. Perhaps Wagamama can make better dishes other than Donburi.

Yoooooooo other WagaMamas watch out because you guys got some real competition with this one. First of all if you know me you know my kids have allergies. These guys were super accommodating, super friendly and the food was super quick. Was ridiculous how quick the food came out. I thought since it was sooo busy we would wait for ages but nooo not these guys, they came out swinging. The kitchen crew, the staff and management were on it today. Couldn't ask for a better meal. And the family all agree that this is their favorite WagaMama by far. 5 out of 5 stars!!! You guys rock!!! See youuu soon!
