Costa Coffee in Hart

Perfect pitstop for my daughter and I to visit before our visit to the hairdresser and was able to charge my phone too.

Very slow service, a queue of people out the door but the staff were prioritising the uber eats orders, even though the 20 minutes I was in the store waiting to order and for me order to be made not one takeaway order was collected. Very poor organisation and staff management. I definitely wont be visiting this store again.

Decent coffee shop although I prefer Starbucks as their coffee isn't so bitter, although that's just my personal preference and I'm sure there are a lot of people that prefer Costa. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.

Loving this new Costa. Faster service and shorter service times. Why we need two? Surely the bigger on needed two serving isles... Didn't think of that did ya

Unfortunately for me visiting here makes it stand out as not a great Costa. Too small working area for staff in my opinion, especially in the middle of a shopping centre and next to a supermarket. My coffee also felt pretty lifeless. Staff seem a bit overwhelmed.

We are OAP 's go to your shop every Sat the nice person whosaid we should be band is a sem-young prat the staff is alwayspolite & helpful and so are we!!!!!!!!!!! not the young man whosould learn from the staff.Wendy & Bruce (the Old People)

I always feel torn between Vista and the small independent coffee shop around the corner and honestly both are five star outlets. I love that the staff here recognise me and are happy to exchange a few words whilst working, if they haven't already guessed what I'm having on this visit!

A good Costa where the queues move along at a decent pace. Tight for parents with buggies. Even using the highchairs is a squeeze, but it's a friendly place and not off-putting.

Food and drink was always lovely here. Carpet area always has bits on it needs a good clean also cobwebs hanging down from ceiling. Cafe with much better decor out there so I go there instead of here.

There are people with a hang up about the coffee ‘Chains’ but this one is a franchise. The staff are excellent and deal with the ques quickly and in a very friendly way. The location is good in Fleet. The coffee the best there is.
