Sunday roast was a definite winner for me. Very tasty all round.Children's menu had some good choices and was a very decent portion and very tasty.All round good value and nice and friendly pub. Not 5 stars as they didn’t have the beer I wanted, or one of the main meals my wife wanted.Definitely worth a visit.

Good priced food which is actually well presented and the drinks are always good.Nice separation between restaurant area and pub area meaning you can eat in a different environment with children to those just having a few beers.Outdoor area is nice with plenty of space.

Very nice Pub, very good and friendly service. I had the Fish and chips which was very nice, but the 'thicker' batter was too greasy as were some of the chips. Maybe I was a bit unlucky. Would definitely try it again.

Lovely flavoursome roast, very yummy Yorkshires & cauliflower cheese. Attentive staff & Good value for money. Highly Recommended. 👍🏻

I’m always so impressed with the choice of food and polite service. I can thankfully guarantee a lovely time and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are also reasonable. The decor and lighting is pleasant and homely, great on a winters day after a walk.

Came here with my boyfriend last week.I ordered the steak and chips (asked for medium rare) and my boyfriend ordered the fish and chips.When the steak arrived, it was definitely not medium rare - I would say it was more rare (even more towards blue!). We had to swap meals, which was very unfortunate.When we told the waitress, she apologised but did not do anything else which was really disappointing.Overall, the price wasn't too bad, but the drinks seemed to have gone up in price as it was a shock for our bill to come to around £75 for just the two of us.When my boyfriend had eaten here before, it was nowhere near this price, for more people!Bit of a meh visit to be honest...

Didn't rate the food at all, full rack of ribs are the small ones, tasted like they were re-heated in a plastic wrapping. Red cabbage slaw was disgusting, more like pickled cabbage. Burger and a pint offer not advertised. Expensive food for a chain pub.

Nice pub in the heart of Elvertham Heath. Lovely interesting decor inside with lots of knooks and crannies and a great range of ales, beers, ciders and everything else you want in a pub.Staff were very friendly and attentive...

Went for a meal with a group of friends. For me nothing special food OK. They messed our order up yet we were only a table of four and they were not overly busy. We ate in the bar area maybe might have been better in the restaurant. Good choice of food but it's probably brought in and cooked. My steak was tough and I like it medium rare! Tables not that clean and limited cutlery in the pots on the table. Good selection of beers and wines.
