Great food, great staff and lovely location

Great service, reasonable price's, lovely cafe, waitresses were fantastic, friendly and ensured everything was ok, food arrived quickly, great little find for us. We will definitely be going again taking our 2 boys next time. Thanks for a lovely experience. Great motorbike roads too 👍 😊

Lovely location, friendly service and delicious food. The food is freshly made and very high quality. We come here whenever we’re in the vicinity. The food and cakes are always delicious.

It was a welcoming retreat during a mornings walk in the pouring rain.A small menue with a great range of cakesThe fish and chips were great, fresh fish was sooo nice.Very busy even on a rainy day so it would be worth a telephone call to book ahead if you’re going with a group. On a nice day there is a lot of out door seating

Oh My the chips!!Fantastic food, friendly staff.Please, nobody go or they might not have a table for us next time!!Molly had her eye and nose on my pie!Sausages,eggs n chips today as a mid-walk snack. Can't beat this place. ALL the staff are fantastic!

We set off walking from Austwick and stumbled on this quaint tea room. There's a large seating area outside and inside the building is surprisingly big. The staff made us feel welcome instantly and are a credit to this wonderful place. Lots of food and drink choice. You can even get a cold beer here if you like. The falconry center is next door too if you want to make a day of it.

There is plenty of cakes and the menu is simple English Cafe food. It's location is perfect withvloads of space outside and inside but can fill up quickly.

Nice and friendly, clean and excellent service. Good food with varied menu. Great that dogs are allowed inside. That's the reason we went. However, just one thing spoilt it for us. The toilet entrance was behind our table, and because of how the tables were arranged people chose to take a short cut and squeezed themselves past us instead of walking around. This meant that we were constantly interrupted by people about 2inches from our table going in and out of the toilets. It was a very busy day! It made me very uncomfortable and annoyed. I think the tables were too close together, and there should have been more room for people to walk to the toilets without brushing past people eating.

As always , excellent , efficient and friendly service. Quality food at a good price. Plenty seating outside. A place to rest on walking , cycling routes and is also popular for those who need a car to get around.

I was on a photography course and our instructor took us here. He has been here many times. On arrival we were told straight away that there would be a short delay as it was extremely busy both inside and out. The wait wasn't that long 😁. My vegetarian breakfast was very tasty and a lot included for the price. Excellent food & service 👏
