The staff here are helpful and friendly, although I am gluten free and when I came on Saturday, they didn't have any jacket potatoes.Unfortunately , coeliacs can't have the chips here. Other than jacket potato, there is a choice of salad, rice and corn on the cob. So isn't a wide variety of sides coeliacs can have, but better than nothing. There are only a couple of starters including soup and vimto butty bites and two desserts; apple crumble, as made with oats and cheesecake, to chose from.I was a bit let down by the lack of jacket potato, so chose rice, which was ok, but very dry.I also wanted a hot chocolate and they ran out of milk.So wasn't the best meal I have had. We went on to a theatre to see a show, so was a bit upsetting, but didn't ruin my night. It was the second time, I've been to this restaurant. The first time was really good, so because the first time was good, I won't be put off by this, as they were busy, but was irritating, when being gluten free is so hard to eat out as it is, that I wouldn't expect them to run out of foods specifically for coeliacs.Would highly recommend this restaurant, just fingers crossed they have the products in stock, next time. They do get busy, especially on Saturdays, so I would recommend booking a table prior to visiting.

We eat here a couple of times a month and find it good value for the very reasonably priced menu.Ordering while seated at the table using the Green King App is easy and convenient, our order always comes along very promptly. This is a family restaurant and a nice escape from your own kitchen !

Nothing special but equally nothing wrong with the place. Standard pub food and part of the Hungry Horse chain so pretty cheap prices. Everything is ordered through the app now and changes can't be made (substitutions or no tomatoes for example) which is a little annoying but not the end of the world.Pool tables and big screens for sports fans and a few tables with screens showing children's programs (no sound or captions) if that is your thing. They also have a little station for heating baby food/milk which is helpful if you're dining with the whole family.A fair bit of parking but can get quite full so may have to spill on to the main road at really busy times but not usually.

The people on the front when greeted wasn’t very welcoming, we then went and sat down to pick our food and went up to the bar to order are food, everything we tried to order they didn’t have. the lady had a rude manner about her coughing and sneezing everywhere, and just seemed unenthusiastic not even sorry we don’t have thatIn the end when we found something our nan and grandad would eat and they HAD it came out and the wrap was burnt with chicken in, the gammon came out and was crucified. We sent our food back I’m sure not even they would of ate that either let alone there customers.Awful awful !!!!!Poor customer service

Usually meet up with a couple of friends at the Hungry Horse Farnborough every 3 months or so. The food is very reasonably priced and good value for money. Today we were served by Kiara who was very polite and helpful. Also Eddie and Billy who helped make our visit very enjoyable.

Came here for a friends daughter's 13th birthday celebration. Drinks were made and divided out very quickly. The food was very hit and miss within our group of 10 who all had something ordered. Myself and my wife and son had the big plate hunters chicken, peas, fries and onion rings. My daughter had the children's chicken fillets chips and beans which came out cold, not even warm. One of the guests had medium rare steak come out cold too, but I will give your staff member her due, she came and dealt with it straight away. The rest of the meals were all fine and on a few of the meals, tasted pretty damn good according to the other guests in our group.

We were pleased to visit again after lockdown stopped our regular visits. The food was ok, a few issues with forgotten items and my "served with salad" turned out to be just lettuce, so more attention to detail needed. We liked being able to order from our table. The waiting staff were pleasant despite being really busy. We look forward to our next visit.

Breakfast for two, had the Big Plate version with optional black pudding added. Excellent food and service. Warm welcome and relaxed setting. Top Tip, family welcomed in a large area, but also a separate Over 18s area makes this a wonderful dining and drinking place for all. Thank you for your hospitality.
