Love the KFC its usually quiet so no annoying McDonald's type queue here!food good staff good so it's all good here!

Very nice staff. Listening to your needs. Happy to advise. Tasty chicken of good size portions. Fries soggy a bit and place not too clean especially during "pandemic" times hence 1 ⭐ taken away. Generally GOOD. Thank you

Yesterday ordered a meal plus hot wings via drive thru, got back to work no hot wings. Granted checked the receipt and hadn't paid for them, but asked non the less. Put it down to a mistake.Today ordered a boxed meal, again got to work no side piece of chicken, even though I was asked if I wanted this or 2 hot wings.One mistake ok I get that, but 2 mistakes in 2 day's really isn't good enough.

Last time I passed it,it was closed, before that open? Now open hopefully from now on?The only 2customers with masks, couldn't get moving due to an abundance of just eat drivers(none moved for paying customers) ordered and paid, got the order, a bit to quick?? Got home👀 chips soggy, wrong juice , wrong burger...wrong complete order, chips in bin,juice in binMaybe easier to repeat order to customer before putting order in and taking money...still hungry😱😱 picture is supposed to be a 2 large zinger tower meal(£14) ming😱

WORST KFC (TAKEAWAY) I HAVE EVER BEEN. I ASKED A LARGE MEAL - THEY GIVE ME A REGULAR AND WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT, I GOT UNCOOKED CHICKEN !!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! HOW BAD THE SERVICE MUST BE TO DO SOMETHING SUCH !!

Decided to try here for the first time and absolutely disappointed. We ordered the original chicken filet burger and 2 of the original chicken pieces, both inedible, could only just manage half and threw rest in the bin as all absolutely salty. I had put in special instructions which staff completely ignored. The only positive I would say, delivery was on time and delivery driver was pleasant. Avoid, do not come here unless you like your food drenched in salt. £12 absolutely wasted!!

Long wait for food. Had to order via the touchscreen which can't apply the discount I'm entitled to. Staff said there was nobody to process my order manually, when asked the manager told me to order via a member of staff. Generally a shocking level of customer service!

Overcooked rather burnt chicken fried, waited Iver 40 min, no bill was given, Manager looks so grumpy. Tried to stop women using toilet and followed her to toilet door. Web says its dine in but he was insisting drive through. Poking nose which was not his domain. Complained to KFC concerned department. Nice of them they acknowledged with £15/- Voucher compensation. Don't recommend at all. Poor service and food quality.

Service was fast and I was there at peak times of 5.30pm. Food was good for a KFC and there was no mistakes on the order. I think maybe they had some teething problems when they first opened but its only natural for the staff to get up to speed.

Closing time is meant to be 10 pm we went on the 18th of December, a Saturday night at 7:50pm and they had closed no warning no reason just not letting anyone in. If there was a reason I could not get my meal I wish for it to be explained to me by a member of staff. For now I have to sit in my car and get a McDonald’s which is only 3 seconds away. And seems to be competent enough to stay open for there set times.
