Kfc in Hart

I wanted a zinger burger meal with Daredevil bites. I asked the staff to make it on the spot, I didn’t mind waiting 10/15 minutes.This guy aggressively started shouting at me! He kept saying “you are not special, all customers are equal to us. Stop this nonsense! Our food is always hot”. He literally was screaming and everyone was staring at me. The other staff members were laughing!Even while leaving, he didn’t stop shouting offensive/inappropriate words at me!Is this where KFC’s value lies? Is this how customers should be treated for simply asking for a hot meal? It wasn’t free! I was going to pay for it with my hard earned money!This is the Kfc staff member! I went back there and sneakily took a video, as soon as he saw me with my phone he started hiding himself!

Need to be less talking in the back. Imagine 3 workers eating and talking right where the burgers are made when I ordered my food the guy who was eating and talking just got the burger, chicken in a box and send it out. Didn't even sanitised his hands. I think a health inspection is due.

I ordered a meal using Just Eat, to deliver to the local Premier Inn, it never arrived and it was impossible to get through on the phone. Apparently this is a regular occupancy according to the staff at Premier Inn Enfield. They told me the guy would arrive then just go without calling the customer.

Order through kfc app, waited outside for 45 minutes they told me to wait so i waited and waited until there was no customers left and then they check my order number and gave me the food that was left there sitting for 30 minute and the side of cashier machine. Ordered watermelon drink and they dropped this drink machine lid inside the drink. Only realised it when finished drinking. Poor service having a drink with plastic inside

Everytime I order from this place brings a new low, first the wings were missing, they made me wait half hour for the missing wings, turns out they were out of stock the whole time. twice in a row uber eats delivery had no drinksnot sure if I'm the idiot for expecting their service to change.. it hasnt. the food was terrible quality too, i could tell the little the staff care about the food or service... the cheaper chicken shop across the road is far better, but they dont deliver. please close this store down so gullible people like me dont accidentally walk in

The single most disappointing and disgusting KFC I have ever had. Drove past Chick King, Tennessee, Sam's and Morley's and probably more I didn't see to get to the KFC, only to take away and fillet burger with stale bun, tiny dried out fillet and limp lettuce with the most minute chicken piece, soggy and tasteless skin on fries. Most of it ended up in the bin! In hindsight maybe I should have eaten the wrappers, they may have been more nourishing.The staff were polite though.

Do not waste your time here for delivery with just eats or any delivery serviceTwice I’ve use theses and items missing and what I did receive was damaged and coldStill waiting for a refund and that was 2 weeks ago

Kfc is kfc. Food came quick . Nothing to write home about

Quick friendly and efficient. Stopped in here on the way home from the football on bozing day. Convenient with a few spots to be able to park up on the side atreeta. Will no doubt return.

Had to wait ages (over half an hour) outside before I could get served.Once I was able to order I had to wait ages for the chicken.KFC cannot seem to be able to fry the chicken quick enough. There were many people waiting outside to order after I collected my order.Not good enough and won't be going back in a hurry.
