Customer service is excellent. The food is great value for money. Especially when you consider other takeaways in the vicinity.I must recommend:Mountain burger (beef, chicken and hash brown burger)The Chapli kebab is 5*. Better than any other restaurant in longsight.3 naan for £1 is excellent.Everything from here is good. Nice seating also.

Fantastic service, lovely workers and tasty food. Staff were very helpful and the customer service was great. The naans and chapli kebabs are the best in Manchester, will definitely be returning for another curry!

Terrible service today. My burger was totally cold and when I brought it back I was made to feel I was being a problem even though I was really polite. The owner and staff where really rude to me. I was given a new burger, I’d eaten half the chips and they threw the rest that I’d paid for in the bin and didn’t replace them. In the 15 years I’ve lived in the area and used this takeaway I’d only had one other issue when they got my order wrong and I brought it back and offered them more payment to get it right which they turned down. I think this place is under new ownership as I didn’t recognise the new owner who complained that I’d brought food back twice (both times since new ownership) as though I’m somehow a trouble maker for not wanting cold food. I won’t be going back again, get your food here if you like but be prepared for them to be very rude to you if they give you something bad, even if you’re really polite in the way you approach them. Left feeling angry with less food than I’d paid for. Seriously, don’t bother and take your money else where!

took almost 25 minutes to make the gourmet burger... which was frozen, defrosted in a microwave and slapped on a bun. Too many staff dont know what they are doing.. one member passed my order onto another staff member and didnt tell him the complete order so i had to wait another 5 minutes for him to complete it...
