The Theatre Cafe looks amazing but the food let's it down in our opinion. The cheese and tomato panini was a let down and has to much pesto in so unbeatable. The decor is superb though if you like theatres and musicals.

Second visit here, but first time at the new venue. Simply love it. Next time my daughter will definitely be singing and playing the piano! Great coffee and lemon drizzle cake. Atmosphere is electric. Extremely reasonable prices.

A menu full of puns and musical theatre original music and a musical open mic every Sunday? Count me in, every time I can! Nice staff, reasonable price, friendly patrons... A great place to be for any musical aficionado!

Good stuff! The music, the deco, the staff and the location! We loved it although we stopped there for a couple of minutes only.

The theatre cafe is lovely. I took my mum to grab some food before a show. It’s a brilliant location as it’s in close proximity to the theatres. The food options are limited but affordable prices. The decor is nice but I would have enjoyed the atmosphere if there were some sort of entertainment. I know they do some events but even if they had someone even a member of staff once every hour to enhance the experience. I’ve been to Ellen’s starlight dinner in New York and I think Theatre cafe could do something like this on a smaller scale.I’d give it a 3.5 stars as I feel like it could be a great experience.

A blast for theatre kids!!!! Good food and amazing themed drinks. Wish we could have stayed for the live music

You have to stop here if you are in the area. Specially if you are a fan of musicals. All your favourite soundtracks playing while you can enjoy the coolest place.

Firstly my score is for the decor of the place. The service though was just terrible on the afternoon we visited. We'd been told this is a must visit by some friends who frequent here. We arrived and no-one greeted us, everyone seemed to bow their heads as if too busy to acknowledge our arrival depsite there only be two tables currently in use (at least three staff on duty). We sat and waited, ... and waited, ... and waited. Gave up after ten minutes of no-one coming to tell us if it was table service, self service, buffet, whatever. On leaving once again the staff on duty just ignored us! Shocking when right now, everyone should be desperate for what little business there is out there. Our money was instead spent in a neighbouring cafe.

Amazing place to visit for a drink etc if you love theatre. Always make time to pop in if I can!

A place for Theatre lovers indeed. The staff and service is lovely, although when we went there was a very limited amount on the menu due to certain things such as the share platters not being previously popular when things were picking up again after a certain plague that shall not be named stopped many places from opening for business previously. So the choice was toasty, cake or pizza. However the drinks were good and they do alcoholic cocktails also.
