Nice to have mushrooms cooked properly not thrown in a fryer like some do and in 1 inch bite size not sliced to death. As on a low carb diet had double mush with no bread egg sausage and bacon .they only change bread for toast but was happy to do this use evrytime I go to Hastings .have family down this weekend so if there early all 6 will be in here.

Had a realy fabulous breakfast hear it could match any 5 star restaurant Compliments too the chef

Terrible experience. Took half an hour to make a tea and a hot chocolate, took 1.5 hours to make an English breakfast and an omelette. Omelette came wrong, with missing chips (it comes with chips automatically) when asked them to get it they took the omelette and came back with the chips, no omelette. When we questioned them about the missing food again, they snapped and we were told: "You can go". They weren't even busy, only 4 tables outside.

Really disappointing experience. Waited 45 minutes for breakfasts to be told it's not the chefs fault you're being impatient. Could here the chef complaining about all the orders. Very poorly managed and no real Covid precautions. If you're a local you get served first and the locals like to watch and gossip about you. SHOCKING place

Worst cafe I've ever been to staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked how long the food would be after a 45 minute wait I was told I was rude. When I paid I left the money on the table only for the waitress to shout out "oi you haven't paid" in front of other customers she hadn't even checked the table! Would definitely NOT recommend this cafe

Worst cafe experience ever. As a single guy I am very well versed in how cafes function. In this dump, we had aleady waited 40 mins. At the absolute end of my patience I asked the waitress how much longer. When she said another fifteen mins, when it wasn't busy, only another 3 or 4 tables had customers, I left. She knew it was bad cos she was apprehensive to estimate the time. Just kept saying 'soon'. I'd never accept that so made her specify.Ordered a tea with our food too. Usually that comes almost immediately. Not this place though. After 30 mins I had to ask for the tea. It then took another ten mins to bring the tea. I've never received such a bad service in a cafe, and I go in them almost every day.Note that it wasn't busy, and about five people behind the counter. It's inexcusable.And when we left another guy paying had the exact same complaints.Avoid like the plague, or avoid like William the conqueror.

My experience with this cafe was good. I could not fault the girl who was serving. Food took almost 20 mins to be served but I did not mind; my understanding is they cooked fresh. The chicken was well done and so was the vegetables. I personally like my gravy bit more spicy but how would they know! Overall my food tasted good and enjoyed a nice lunch out in the sun.

Food was nice.But it really shouldn't take 20 so mins to make a egg and bacon baguette.Staff were friendly but seemed to keep complaining to other staff how they didn't want to be there that day as they had a late night out.This cafe needs massive improvement as its gonna start to lose customers. My opinion is that they need another cook.
