Insanely slow!!!! Over 20 mins for two portions of chips.... Unfortunately like most take aways they prioritise the just eat/Uber eat instead of the paying customer standing in front of them. Understand if the place was busy, but I was standing in there on my own. Very disappointing.

Good chippy! Fish & Chips cooked fresh to order. Considering it's a simple dish so many chippy's get the basics wrong but not these guys always on point.

Usually this chip shop is the best but unfortunately my order today wasn't exactly upto scratch via just eat. The saveloys were hard, the sausage didnt really taste like sausage, the chips were slightly colder than usual and the jumbo spring roll certainly wasn't jumbo.

This is the best fish and chip shop for miles around. The service is extremely friendly and the portions are very generous and the quality of the food is excellent consistently. The Huss is really worth a try! They deliver too, give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Ive used Catch 22 quite a few times over the last year. Consistently good chips, nice staff, decent portions. Only not 5 stars as they took a long time to adapt to Covid risks and allowed too many customers in without masks. They are better at it now though.

The owners are genuinely friendly and truly passionate about what they do. I cannot fault the food, in fact in my honest opinion I would say it’s the best around. If you haven’t tried it give the skate a go as it’s worth every penny 😊👍🏼.

Think being by the sea this cod would of been a nice fresh catch of the day ! Batter soggy & fish soggy as if it had been frozen. Lovely pictures of the Old Town & historical pictures.
