Cinnamon Spice in Hastings

Absolutely shameful staff. I ordered a meal for me and my daughter and delivery time was shown as 30-45 minutes. After numerous calls in which the staff said "the driver has just left" then "he's on your street" followed by "they're just round the corner" and "oh, he's at the wrong house number" (all of which were demonstrably false as I live on a small close and was standing in the street) it arrived after 2 hours and 20 minutes. I live a 6 minute drive from the restaurant. Won't be using again because the service was so awful and the staff member took no issue with repeatedly lying - about delivery times, about where the driver was and in terms of promising to call back and not doing so. And, to top it off, after all the lies they simply responded "sometimes these things happen".

It was supposed to be a jalfrezi, what turned up was more like a spicy vegetarian gravy, no tomamoes used, very dissapointed tonight guys.

Placed order here as regular Indian we use was closed on the Monday. Used uber to eats to place the order but then phoned and spoke to restaurant directly. Was told order would be delivered around 5:30, 6pm at the latest. Phoned again at 6:10 to be told it would be another 20 minutes! Order finally arrived at 6:40pm! Food was over salty and only warm. Very disappointed with attitude of staff on the phone, delivery driver was apologetic. My advice is to avoid if u want a reasonable timed delivery, even on a Monday!

Had many Indian take aways from this place and they have always been amazing if you want to try Indian food would defo recommend cinnamon spice St lennords 10 out 10

Very nice curry, quick service, couldn't fault the experience. No alcohol licence thought so bring your own !

Good food. The tikka masala was especially excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Currently unlicensed so you can treat yourself to a bottle of wine or beer or two.

I have never been a curry person until I met my English husband. What a world, what a food I've been missing! Couldn't be more grateful for his patience; he introduced me to this amazing food first with with chicken tikka masala and mushroom rice but because we were so stranded indoor in the last 2 years we actually got through the whole variety of dishes that Cinnamon Spice in St.Leonards offers and became regulars, together with friends and family.The food is absolutely delicious and the very generous portions are coming perfectly packed in a hot take away (never spilled, always hot and ready to serve). The variety of dishes can satisfy even the fussiest of eaters.It's a great option when cooking dinner at home would take too long or when we want to indulge ourselves with something good.The place has been rated for food hygiene as Very Good (5) as well that makes us trust it even more.Thank you Cinnamon Spice!

Beautiful curry. Three of us went, we all ordered different things and everything was superb. Great service too and we could take our own alcohol. Well worth a visit

Great authentic food, friendly staff, huge menu. Lots of veggie and vegan options. Special offer at the moment on vegan set menu for just £14.95! Fresh ingredients, speedy delivery and full of flavour
