dominos pizza hastings in Hastings

Ordered a veggie pizza only to find some thief had taken a slice out and then tried to rearrange it to look like it was all there. And no it wasn’t any external delivery company as it was delivered by Dominos too. Then when emailed to explain with photos got completely ignored!! Avoid at all costs unless you want some thief tampering with your food !!

NOT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCED. That WOMAN who handOver my Order today Fri, 11 FEB around 18:37 was the RUDEST I had ever encountered so far in hastings. Due to an obvious noises inside with other customers waiting to collect their orders. I didn't quite understood what she was asking and I politely asked to repeat her question again, She then drop 2boxes of pizza on counter and Rolled her eyes showing her annoyance? Hey!! What ever you been going through today, I dont have idea what was running in your mind, or maybe you're having a bad day or something, whatever it was,learn to set aside ATTITUDE from work, that aint going anywhere.Wishing you a brighter day tomorrow and in future! 😊🌝Further hospitality training is much needed I'm afraid.

Just been here!! Couldn’t make me a pizza cos the till wouldn’t let them!!!what has a till got to do with someone making a pizza. Well off to pizza go go 🍕🍕

After two hours of waiting for my delivery, still, no sign of it, rung up and was told it was back at the shop as they had gone to the wrong address; instead of being offered a solution, I had to request they fix the matter to which I was only offered some garlic bread to resolve the issue and told this is all they could do, after 10 minutes of explaining how the service was awful and that I hadn't had my food eventually the extremely rude and careless manager agreed to prepare a new order and refund, I came to collect as to avoid any more problems however I later found out the refund had never been processed and know I have to contact Domino's HQ to get my refund. I will not be using these Dominoes again. Stay clear.

Pizza is not as good as it was under old managers delivered in good time though .

Customer service team is absolutely disgrace to Dominos, they've got the most stuck up people on the phone to take orders which makes it a mission to place an order, wow

Usually order from dominos but this store forgot the vegan combo we ordered and then they also put PEPPERONI ON A VEGETARIAN pizza. When we called the store the staff member that picked up didn’t seem to care and just said we had to wait 30-45 minutes for the pizza and asked for the wrong pizza back! The delivery driver was more apologetic though.

I usually order from Papa John's and wish I had stuck with what I knew!!!Ordered a large pizza from dominos, received a medium. Phoned and they said they would make up another and send it out and collect the old one!!! I wasn't prepared to wait as I was starving. I asked for a voucher or something to compensate the money I had lost. The man gave me a website address to go onto which didn't work so now I am left with a smaller pizza and out of pocket. I do not reccomend and I will be sticking to my usual order with Papa John's.

Ordered three pizzas online at 17:55 from Hastings. Only two delivered on time, the main one then came over 1h 30m later. Very disappointed and will not be using this takeaway service again. Texas BBQ delivered late was also devoid of chicken! Shame as this used to be my favourite pizza brand. Hopefully if you take a chance you won't have the same experience.

Never again! Had to put pizza back in the oven as the base was uncooked! Also whoever prepared it but 5 gallons of tomato sauce on it which I had to remove! Oh, and arrived with most of the toppings everywhere but not on it, yuck
