The whole place is not as good as it used to be. There's a good selection of cakes and bakes. For some reason they didn't have any warm sausage rolls despite having a warming plate for them. Bit odd. The smallest drop of milk was supplied for my tea which again just seems a bit odd. The toilet facilities could do with a flipping good clean. Sadly I suspect that there's either no manager onsite or if there's one then they are not effective.

Excellent bakery and cafe . The staff are wonderful, incredibly helpful and nothing is too much ask. Can make up sandwiches and rolls for you, yum yum. The cakes and buns are to die for, Belgium bun for me so fresh and tasty. Gypsy tarts. Yum yum again. Lovely hot drinks, nice place to sit in or for takeaway

Sat outside with drinks, ice creams and scones. All good quality. I think they were winding down as our party of 11 seemed to catch them out! Friendly staff. Town centre has some interesting characters wandering by while we enjoyed our drinks and food.

Some of d eatable items price is too high. Need to b reduce or atleast maintain this same price for a long while. (2020 to 2022 atleast).Service really nice but when i got cafe did'nt see any paper serviettes . Theme n seatings r comfort. Feels cosy. Menu really i dont like need to upgrade.toilet r always clean n hygiene thats amazing.Overall nothing special but its gud 2go.Comparing to nearby costa, jempson initially better. 🙏Nanri

Jempson's is my favourite place to go in Hastings.The coffee is great as is the food, the WiFi is completely reliable and the staff are absolutely brilliant.Nothing is too much trouble for them and rhe Customer service is first class.Highly recommended.

Lovely kind ladies good prices we had two lots of ham egg chips two lots of coffee bill £18 . Small rooms all over cafe holding four tables about four separate rooms I think
