Great food .better than KFC

I have ordered twice from Joe Joe's and have had their half pounder cheeseburger with fries and the hot spicy chicken wings- I absolutely highly recommend Joe Joe's- the food is absolutely wonderful - I ordered through Diliveroo which was quick, with the food piping hot - I have to say that I absolutely prefer Joe Joe's to McDonald's (no offence)- the food is more wholesome and delicious.

Chip cooked to perfection and the chicken was nice and the ribs were superb really liked it thank you very much I only thing that could have been more

First of all the location is sweet, it's in the perfect spot of the town and has managed to avoid major parking issue which is common now. The food here is not bad at all. The quality is descent and nothing to complaint about the food. The service is good and efficient. The customer service and behaviour of the staff is also friendly. All the staff here are highly trained and good. And would like to see them show the same commitment in the future.

Really disappointing... Was 5 stars but for a couple of months now since being taken over we have got really fed up with orders being wrong or items missing, deliveries taking forever, website ridiculous where it keeps changing!. Such a shame it's gone downhill. No customer service, won't answer the phone or respond to the live chat. Didn't seem to care to get things resolved at all. They have lost our regular custom now.10 months ago....5 starsWe have been regulars since the first lockdown back in march and have no plans to change! The staff are friendly, all the food is delicious and great value for money! Better than KFC!

Wow! Chicken never taste so good! To think a chicken shop could be this good outside of London ! It's great value too! The food was hot, crispy, and the seasoning was on point! I will always return to this establishment, 5/5.

If you like Kentucky then you will like this takeaway..The staff are friendly and polite. Good for all the family..

Had a chicken wrap meal tonight with added extras of cheese and bacon and my partner had a jubilee burger. We also ordered 5 ribs! Absolutely lovely. A million times better than KFC!!!! Flavour and portion sizes are amazing!!! Delivery driver was very polite and was very quick getting our meal to us. Arrived hot too. Will be going here more when we fancy fried chicken 😁👍🏼 Thank you Joe Joes!!!

Absolutely disgraceful - i waited 1 hour 15 minutes which it did say ONCE ordered. Driver called me and couldn't find it although clear instructions left when ordered. He said "i was here a moment ago, then i asked someone and they said it was over the other side down the road" - why not call me directly? Then i open it and it is cold. I called up demanding a refund, (£12) and he said he will collect the food in 1 or 2 hours and give me a refund. He said if i can come to the shop he will give me fresh, but it takes 20 minutes to walk there, 20 minutes back, when i get back it would be cold again. I said i would like fresh hot food in 15 minutes or a refund. He said he wont give a refund unless he gets the food back. Worrying to think they might recook the chicken and ribs. So if they come, they can take the food, but i will make sure it is not edible for the next person. Only place in Hastings which does ribs which i enjoy, shame I wont be going back now. Never known somewhere to want the food back before giving a refund. I'll delete this review when i get my refund.
