Kassa Coffee Co. in Hastings

Relaxed atmosphere & good selection of iranian dishes on menu. Was sitting at my table for 15 minutes before I realised that there was no table service so had to order directly from the service counter.Vegetarian options: About 10 different veggie-based iranian dishes available.

Lovely drinks (hot and cold - the mango shake is fantastic) lovely atmosphere, really friendly, welcoming staff.

We went in this café for lunch. The set up is lovely, with arm chairs bookshelves, plants etc. . There is a lovely view across of the beach. Unfortunately the food was not great. We asked for a smoothie but got a coconut milkshake instead, but it was lovely in taste, i had a meze which was 2 fallafels, humus 2 wine leaves, feta cheese olives and pitta, served with a basic salad with no dressing. The falafel was too dry and my knife was dirty with food on it. The ladies who served us looked as though they were fed up and were not overly friendly although they were not rude. We spent£40.00.i am not sure why but the food sat on my stomach for all the afternoon.

Got a takeaway and it was fabulous. Came back for breakfast the next day and that didn't disappoint.Great food and staff.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options

Not the usual crammed coffee shop, nicely spacious, looking out over the sea. Polite, efficient staff.Made a refreshing change 😁Parking: There are parking spaces right outside, I think they are pay and display, but the meter was covered up on the day of our visit so we parked for free.

Kassa is the default choice for the more discerning gourmet, as the food is wonderful. The place is always busy, a usual sign of great food outlet. In spite of that, there's always been somewhere to sit. Only had one disappointing experience: I bought a soya latte and found the pull-off carton tab at the bottom of my coffee glass, forgivable, since the occasional accident will occur and the waiters and chefs dutifully work hard to do their best for their patrons. 🙂

This place has a great atmosphere. We send our B&B guests there if they want somewhere nice to grab breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Wonderful food, and great staff. A relaxing place to eat and have a coffee. No noisy music, it's easy to have a conversation, study, or just chill in the warm surrounds.

Delicious food, breakfast and lunch were to die for. I will definitely be back! Mint tea was really good too. We ordered poached eggs for breakfast with avocado. Then I had an Afghan biryani and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

The food was nice. Home made and plenty of it. We had to go to the bar to order though and then they brought us the wrong drinks a couple of times. It would work better if they had dedicated waiters like a normal restaurant.
