KFC in Hastings

Horrible, long waiting times and terrible smell. Very friendly service though.

I was served hot wings that were pink in the middle. When I complained I was told it was marinade. It was not marinade, they were under cooked. This could be VERY DANGEROUS! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Disgusted with your online ordering platform. I placed an order at 9pm and your app had change the day to the following day. Total unacceptable to accept payment for an order with actual providing information that the order can’t be preformed on the day.Even worse there no actual a way to cancel and refund and a order, a clear breach of trading laws

Good little store, plenty of seating. Not easy to open the door if you have crutches or a rollator, though.

I was shock larst week when I went into kfc in hastings i was in there waiting for my order and then I saw a cup on the side I said is this my drink she said no so she looked inside the cup porrd the drink out and filled it back up agen and the straw was still in it and gave it to a customer I think this is disgusting and when he left I herd her say to the other girl I don't think he notes that really bad and when you wait 5 min for your drink to come they don't like filling it back up agen because it been there to long you should make the food first then make the drink it does not taste nice when it flat and horrible you need to buck up your ideas this place is going down hill I wonder why everyone is going to Mcdonald now I see why this place is going down hill

Lovely, small KFC with themed pictures on the wall. Very clean Post Coronavirus. Upstairs was very quiet, with chairs stacked on the tables, which were taken them to use while dining and keeping social distance from others.The food was great. I say this because they are using what seems like the original recipe. In Birmingham, the seasoning is definitely off on some KFC outlets which originally put me off going to this franchise. This one is safe, authentic and clean. Also, I noticed that they have made the opening to the bins much wider so that any leftovers can be turned straight into the bin without touching it. Then the empty tray go on top. Voila!!
