Online ordering is chaotic. First of all, there is no indication of how hot each dish is on the website, which would be very useful, especially considering their dishes seem to be at least 2 notches up on standard hotness (My 9 year old usually loves a lamb biryani as her mild go to dish, but here it is was way off her scale for spiciness, she couldn't eat it). Then when we ordered, the website took ages to place the order, so we phoned to make sure they had received and they said they had no record of it, and no payment even though the card payment had gone through. They took the order again and it arrived in a reasonable time but the order was wrong, one of the dishes substituted chicken for lamb. The dahl and veg dishes were great though, and the breads good too - they just need to sort out the website and perhaps either dial down the chilli a bit for dishes which are traditionally mild.

Absolutely fabulous food, cooked fresh and really delicious! Our waiter was exceptional, recommending a different starter when my original choice was sold out! Also made my choice of side that wasn't on the menu (Mutter Paneer)!!! He was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in the area. Great meal!

Don’t order here.Almost double paid due their error. Fortunately I triple checked by calling ubereats and found out I didn’t need to.Food arrived two hours late, naan bread and rice were both below par. We had two makhani’s which tasted like Heinz tomato soup with chunks of meat.Saw good reviews on Reddit so must be serving different food if you eat in.

Great atmosphere here Indian Fine Dining at its best. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and a wide menu. The ambience could have been better, the table candle was left unlit abd the heating was inadequate, I had to keep my overcoat on. The starter was ok but the dansak was bland.

One of our best meals on a trip to Hastings. Very welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. Chicken tikka 3 ways starter was excellent, really well done. Main courses were also a delight. Attentive service, reasonably priced. A great meal.

This was one of the most delicious curries I've ever had. Brilliant selection of curries, really great service from the whole team, and delicious sides.I asked for a very spicy meal and was not disappointed. The Goan fish curry was aromatic and very flavourful, The fried okra and Naan breads were also top notch. A true hidden gem!

After reading the good reviews I decided to give this place a try. Turned up without a reservation and was asked to wait while they prepare a table. After 5 minutes I asked for a pint of Cobra and was immediately served with a nice cold beer which certainly helped pass the time. About 10 minutes later I was given a table and promptly ordered poppadoms and a main course. I think they forgot about me as it was pretty busy. After 20 minutes the poppadoms, rice (jeera rice) and the main course(kolhapuri chicken) arrived. It was certainly worth the wait as the rice and main course was absolutely delicious. As another review said, the service is a bit like faulty towers, the staff are great and the girl behind the bar was dedicated to keeping everyone happy. I've been to many Indian restaurants over the years and I recommend you try this one. It's much quieter after 8:30pm where you might find a quicker service.
