Mcdonalds Restaurants in Hastings

Can't believe how often these guys can get orders wrong.... Even when you do it on the app. You order XYZ, us customers do most the work now fighting with the app. Yet they still miss items from your order. 🤦 Is it that difficult to read what's on the order. Basic life skills needed here.

Used it for the first time in about 10 years Cold mc plant, cold chips ,limp salad , no dressing,cold halloumi dips no dressing and mc flurry forgotten altogether! Avoid at all costs !!!

Always missing items. Food is either cold or old, weird as the place doesn’t have any down time

I'm only giving this a one star because they won't let you put in a review with no stars. I ordered two McChicken on there own with a large coke (normal). The burgers where freezing cold and they gave me a diet coke instead of a normal. Also after I ate the food had to go straight to the toilet. Very disappointed

Terrible in every aspect! Slow service, the place is filthy, try not to look around too much while waiting as it is off putting. The food order was surprisingly correct but although mc donalds is far from good food it was the worst one I’ve had the displeasure of eating.

Many many orders through uber/just eat... every single time they mess up.Hardly anything comes, what does come is cold.Ordered KFC tonight and they cancelled at 10:30pm so went with macdonalds even thought we knew exactly what was going to happen. No chips for any meals, wrong burgers, no mcflurrys arrived, no sauces, 1 drink.Every single time.I don't get it....

Shockingly slow service, from order at 6:40pm to being served at 6:50pm for a quarter pounder meal. Screen for the order number pickup not working. Dirty throughout, I say upstairs and there are 2 other occupied tables with 9 other tables still have trays and/or wrappers on them. Smallest portion of fries I've ever had from a McDonald's. An embarrassing operation. Staff and franchisee should be ashamed

This mcdonalds is weird. one time I waited for 2 hours for a big mac because I didn't know how to place the order. I hadn't even payed. for some reason I just expected the big mac to come. They also only ever play panic at the disco and the 1975. You would expect a hip and cool place to play the latest popular music but no. I'm not complaining I just think it's weird. I don't like either of them that much but they never play anything else. I ordered a big mac, milkshake and some large fries. it cost 4.50 and I took the gherkin out of the burger. It was cool.

Priority for delivery drivers, even no people inside and covid rules are lifted by gov, but people must to wait outside and no more than one person is allowed to go inside to order the food( sorry for families with kids). Was not a lunch time but was waiting over 20 minutes outside. The worst McDonalds in UK. Management need to be sacked and they need to start follow covid Gov guidelines.

Considering the restrictions have been lifted mcdonald's just don't want to be busy it's empty and people are being made to wait outside its managed to get a table but they let someone in to eat KFC.
