Old Town Fryer in Hastings

The food is good...hence 3 stars! Unfortunately, we've ordered food 3 times in total and each time they've left something off our order which completely ruins the meal.

Very friendly service and really good fish and chips! Staff were also really kind and helpful when we’d left some pictures from the aquarium there. Chloe and the rest of the staff were more than happy to post them out to us free of charge!! As We live over an hour away! 10 out 10 from us

Great chips but serves in order you arrive. We only ordered chips this time but had to wait for the big order of fish and battered sausages to cook and be collected before getting our order.

Great seaside fish and chip restaurant. Our group sat upstairs and were served quickly. All enjoyed what we chose.

The best fish-and-chip shop chips ever (perhaps I was lucky) crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Outstanding.Dropped a star because the fish didn't meet the same standard. A little flavourless - I know this is sometimes luck of the draw - and tasted like it had been kept warm for quite a long time.

Always love coming here when we visit hastings. Amazing quality fish and chips. Decent price and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely tasty food best ever fish and chips. The largest plate of fish and chips I have ever had and we were sitting Al fresco on a lovely sunny day. Every time I can I zoom to this place for their fish. Excellent.

Quick service. Seating upstairs, downstairs and outside too. Lovely fish and chips, reasonably priced.

Only used during the first lockdown (2020), and it was amazing. The staff were really friendly, the chips were great and fish, scampi and sausages were very decent. Tip - Get it wrapped, or risk the seagull swarm. Haven't been back yet. Thanks guys, miss you !

Great 👍 fish and chips, we ordered medium cod size of medium is quite big! Good price, card accepted, you can find sea view table from the second floor.
