A quick visit to get out of the rain. What a great pub!!!!!

Best mulled wine in town, also the caramelized onion and cheese it’s one of the best pies I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely loved this place in every detail, from the service to the food, 10/10 in every way!

Food was lovely and front of house staff were good although they only had one vegan pie left when we ordered. Had to wait about 45+ mins for food because they were busy, even though most of the tables were pre-booked. Chairs were uncomfortable even when swapping to a more comfy looking chair.

Just popped in for a light lunch. Seafood chowder with bread 'n' butter was delicious and perfect on a cold day. Also had veggie shepherd's pie which went down very well (black beans, not lentils, so a bit heartier). Staff were great and very helpful. Recommended.

I had smoked fish pie, red cabbage and horseradish - it was delicious. Topped off with a pint of Camden ale. Perfick

Lovely pub, great pies and drink. Has a real sense of character which creates a great atmosphere to spend a few hours eating and drinking in. Solid 5 stars.

Really lovely pub, wood panelled walls and a cosy atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. The food was delicious, pies are the speciality and did not disappoint. They also had posters up advertising various evening music events which looked good if you're in town for the night. Well worth a visit.

This pub was recommended to us by a colleague that lives in Hastings. I must say that it was a great experience having Sunday lunch here. The staff were very polite, friendly and efficient and the Sunday lunch was very tasty and filling. We loved that the option we chose wasn't for a traditional Sunday lunch but instead pies with Sunday lunch. I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone staying in Hastings.

On holiday and visited Hastings twice. The first visit we popped in to this pub for a drink only, that's when we saw the magnificent pies being bought out to others. Later in week, myself and husband and son revisited the Albion when we were hungry! All had pies, veg and amazing gravy and desserts. Perfect pies, good service, very friendly bar staff, and good beers! Cannot fault it at all. Lovely place and food. Highly recommend.

The best vegan pie I've eaten in England. Perfectly made. Will go back as soon as I am less than an hour's drive away
