Spaghetti tree coffee shop in Hastings

This restaurant is shocking the food is rank, the garlic bread was alright but the staff are very rude very over priced for what it is their is a service charge that Is not optional. My food was cold and I still had to pay a service charge. Get better from a carbonara ready meal

Well run family business. We have been going here for years and it never changes. Such friendly staff and beautiful food. We tried the roast dinner on Sunday and it was so delicious! All round lovely experience

Lovey restaurant. Staff friendly and you always receive a warm welcome, great value for money. Every meal I've eaten there has been very tasty.

What a day! We all loved Spaghetti Tree Sutton. Absolutely loved it. The bottomless brunch offer is completely unique to this very intimate and cosy restaurant. What other bottomless brunch gives you the choice of spirit and mixer as part of the deal? Like hello, what a dream?! Food was delicious and the options were plentiful. We felt so welcomed and so relaxed. It really was such a sick birthday vibe, and our friend had the best day celebrating. Also, the lighting in there is on point, so if you’re wanting to get some pics for the gram, this is the place to be 😂. Overall, £50 for one of the best day’s out in London - everyone was up and dancing - you can’t go wrong.

Very pretty restaurant, good service and tasty food. Fab cocktails and the homemade banoffee pie is divine! We had a lovely time and will be returning.

Entertainment great, food lovely, atmosphere perfect. However we was charged full price for the 4 no shows in our party, surely that’s what the deposit they paid is for and shouldn’t be left up to the people who attended to cover these costs. Think you need to stipulate it more clearly when booking and that there will be an added £4 service charge each

Poor service, to begin with we had to pay for food and drink for people who hadn't shown up (another table in the same situation didn't receive this extra charge). Several times when I ordered a drink other people receive them but I had none, when I told the waiter about this he made out I was lying and told me I had received all my drinks. At another time I went to the bar to ask for some water and he shouted at me telling me I could only order from my table (despite not getting table service to begin with). I understand they were busy but that wasn't my fault and shouldn't have been taken out on me. Its a shame because the food was nice (not good enough to be spoken to like dirt though) and the atmosphere was good.

Oh goodness this was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration, instead I wasn’t even greeted in a friendly manner. Staff grumpy and irritated. 2 for 1 cocktails as per my booking and as advertised on website ….but staff seemed very reluctant to give these at first. Rushed us to order, cleared meal plates from two of us whilst third guest was still eating. Not a friendly place at all. Not cheap and food is average quality. Sorry but simply cannot recommend a visit and sad to have chosen this restaurant for a birthday meal.

This place is an absolute RIP-OFF !Charged me for people not even being there you want extra service do Not bother !Miserable bunch as soon as so u say so.They also were extremely slow bringing some of our table drinks.Not good as you only get two hours. Insisted you pay a service charge when this should be your decision for a good service which there was None.Also told when booking we had to 4pm and they kicked everybody out at 3.30 so again cutting it short when we still expected the entertainment included with what we had paid.Please don't book these cowboy'sNot worth it pay for drinks elsewhere !Extremely disappointedAnd all our group thought the same.They've left reviews on other sites.

Superb food, great staff. Went for a family meal for my Mums 81st Birthday. We couldn't celebrate her 80th because of covid.A restaurant she used to visit regularly with my late Father. We said it was her birthday, but a flaming sambuca was probably not the best surprise from the restaurant. But we had a great evening.
