The Bull Inn in Hastings
Where is The Bull Inn?
🏠 Bull Inn, 530 Bexhill Rd, Hastings, Saint Leonards-on-sea TN38 8AY
"The Bull Inn is a traditional family run pub, situated very conveniently (on the A259) between Bexhill and Hastings. The closest beach is just a 5 minute stroll away. We take pride in offering a very friendly, warm welcome to customers old & new, with a fine range of traditional ales and draught ciders, lagers etc. We serve traditional "pub grub", freshly cooked to order. We are dog & family friendly, with a large beer garden and car parking for up to 30 cars."

Food and service brilliant, lovely friendly pub. Really worth a visit even if it is to try the homemade pies

This pub does undoubtedly the best homemade pies I’ve ever Tasted they are a full pie and my favourite steak and kidney is really something special my wife likes the minted lamb and if it’s on the menu will always opt for that i have spoken to the chef and he is a very nice unassuming fella explaining to me how many pies he makes etcThe pub itself is very friendly and although we never book they are always happy to accommodate us when they can, they also do a lovely pint of Guinness, when we drive down from London we are always happy to pop into this pub where we are met with very friendly staff

Five of us had a lovely meal here yesterday to celebrate our daughters birthday. We received a friendly welcome and were seated straightaway. The staff were helpful and understanding as we had a three year old with and the food was lovely. Would certainly recommend this pub as a good place to eat or drink.

Had a lovely Xmas dinner here. Served with a lovely smile. X . Behind a mask . Definitely recommend. Friendly staff. Nice pint of Spitfire to wash it all down.

Went to this venue for our office Xmas party. The food was faultless. My main concern, usually, when a venue caters for a large party, is the food temperature. But I'm delighted to say the food was piping hot and the service was prompt. I would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely local restaurant, great food, great service, great prices. My mother in law uses a wheelchair, and we were able to wheel her in easily, and the restaurant had set us up a table she could wheel straight up to. Nothing was too much trouble, even as far as finding a cushion for MIL's chair, and laughing at my FIL's terrible jokes. Will be back soon for sure 💯

This was my second visit to The Bull - famous for it's pies. The first time was lunchtime, and was excellent. Good service, atmosphere and food. The second visit was an evening meal and was not so fine. Everything was re-heated and dry. The Steak and Kidney pie was one quarter crispy, the pancakes the same.So my advice is go for lunch not dinner. Secondly, if you are with a loved one, sit at the front of the building where there is atmosphere, not in the sterile Spitfire Restaurant.
