Was quite busy when visiting but worth the wait. Food was hot staff polite and friendly would use again.

Tried a few dishes from the menu. The cod was quite nice although a little soggy at the bottom where it was stuck to the paper. Sausage in batter was nice and the chicken fillet burger was pretty tasty. Chips were well cooked too. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality.

Visted yesterday, it was 6.45pm and while we was in the shop the attitude on the workers were absoultly not right one of the workers said "that it its a 45 mins wait as I cant be bothered to fry chips"Then he turned away 7 customers while we was there one customer was willing to wait 45 mins, but the bloke behind counter kept putting him off saying we going run out chips. One man said how can you run out of chips,Then the boss/ owner im not sure was ringing and the lad goes here we go he going moan at us. I just think it disrespect to the boss and customers espically the amount people wanted your food. Otherwise the food was beautiful and lovely. Just please sort your staff out.

Just got one portion of chips to take home last night.Wished I hadn't bothered must have had the scaps from the bottom of the fryer.Normally you have to wait a bit for your food to be done but my daughter was in an out straightaway said to her that was quick now I know whyNever going there again this is not the first time.

Shocking. Called to check if I could order over phone and what time they closed. Then call back to place order and they decided to close early.Such poor service.Actually it's people like you who ruin small business. I have no issue with you closing at whatever time you like. However I phoned and checked you were due to close at 8 and you told me order by 7.45. I called at 7.30 and you were closing up. If you had said I should have ordered earlier I would have.

Ordered 3 chips 3 curry sauce & a cod & 3 drinks. Was served by 3 young guys we waited ages then they got our order wrong leaving out a curry sauce that we had paid for the chips was ok and large portions but the 2 curry sauce was literally like water and the fish was small and tasted horrible won’t be going back really disappointed as lots of good reviews made me come here .

Staying at the haven site and noticed that there was often a queue outside which is always a good sign. The guys here were super friendly and professional and the food was delicious and huge portions! 1 regular chips served 3 adults!!! 🐟🍟

While staying on then the Haven site we spotted this cracking fish and chip shop. The portions sizes are very good. Chips had a lovely crunchy to them. Staff really friendly. We only normally have a take away once on holiday but had to return to this little gem a second time.

Best fish and chips we've had. On holiday locally and were pleased to find this lovely chip shop at the end of the road. Freshly cooked to order, large portions. Yummy chips crispy on outside fluffy in the middle.

We visited The Catch four years ago last time we visited the area and it was great so we returned again today and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Not greasy at all. The chips are crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, not limp and soggy! Portions were huge and very reasonably priced, our family of 5 was very well fed with food left over for £20. Honestly the best chip supper around, you won't be disappointed!
