Perfect family pub, garden is amazing for kids. It's dig friendly and the staff are so polite and helpful. Only downside was the wine was terrible so had to drink beer or spirits.

Just ate & drink at this pub & the barmaid was trying to overcharge me by £10. We made the mistake of running up a tab & had no idea of the prices of our drinks but expected somewhere between £40 to £45.presented with an unitemised bill for 52.65 when I said this is way too much she was saying things are expensive these days and trying very hard to palm me off. Could be because we were oldies in our 70s but she agreed in the end and asked me what I thought it should be & gave me a refund of £9.65 but I think it was probably a straight £10.Food 24.90.2 x pints Spitfire,2 x old mouth cider.No way 52.65.so upset as we met gaffer day before & he was so nice.Silly thing was I was going to Give her £3 tip.

I was actually just delivering a bad to the pub.. Me and my little pup. The people there were so nice I wished I lived in the village. Landlady is larger than life lovely. Rest of staff were very friendly as were customers in pub whilst we were there to let pup run in very safe and clean and MASSIVE beer garden at rear. I love a pub. This one I'd be a regular at if I didn't live 440 miles from it lol.If you live there. Go there. I would give 10stars. If more pubs were like this. More pubs would be open :)

Always a friendly welcome. A large venue with an enormous garden. The garden has a large array of climbing activities for children. There is a covered veranda for unpredictable days with sea views

Nice little local, friendly staff, great facilities for the kids out back. Beer isnt the cheapest, but it's nice. Overall a nice little pub.

Great food, Customer sevice was spot on. Man behind the bar (assuming the owner) couldn't do more to look after us. Kids loved the play area. We're going again before we come home ♡ thank you
