The Magic Wok in Hastings

Prompt delivery but unfortunately the food was not great. The duck chow mein was very fatty and the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was too tough. Disappointing.

We tried here tonight after having a menu delivered this afternoon, really nice well worth the price, very large portion's, would highly recommend.... Thank you

Just had a Chinese from Magic Wok, absolutely fantastic. The king do spare ribs pancake roll, chicken curry & vegetable fried noodles were delicious. Didn't take pictures as we were to hungry lol. Next time. Highly recommended will use again. 👌

Tried here for the first time tonight as we normally go to peking takeaway but it was a bit of a mistake as the food just wasn’t very nice. Very over priced for what it is. Just didn’t enjoy it. Will stick to peking takeaway.

Very nice but small portions not filled to top of cartons and bit expensive Compared to other local takeaway Chinese shops

Tried here recently and had a really good experience. Pleasant, helpful staff, delicious food that was piping hot and full of flavour. I would definitely go back again. Thanks guys!

I've just had one of the best takeaways I've ever eaten from here. Cashews in the crispy shredded beef was an unexpected but pleasant surprise, everything was well cooked and very tasty. I'll definitely be eating from here again.

The best Chinese food around this area in our opinion, been using Magic Wok for years, but sadly the long delivery times have let it down for us.Especially on the last occasion we ordered, and after being told the usual hour and a quarter wait, that upon two hours of waiting and no sign of food, I phoned to check the status of our delivery, and was told that my order was ready but awaiting a driver to collect it, therefore, as they still weren't certain as to when I would get my order, (and it was past 9pm by this time) I was forced to cancel, very disappointed!!!!Would of loved to of given 5stars, but as this is about the fourth time a similar situation has occurred I've given a 3star rating.

Really lovely meal for the family. Lots to eat, lovely taste & quality. Was delivered in the time given. Was missing a curry sauce but was delivered within 5mins of calling. Would order again & recommend to others.

Absolutely great customer service and a true pleasant interaction with the staff. The meal itself was also delicious, probably the best Chinese food I've ever had, not to mention the reasonable prices. Would definitely and happily recommend it to anyone I know.
