Turret Grill in Hastings

Best place for proper service lovely chefs where you are guaranteed to meet the best of genuine Hastings no nonsense born and bred A decent cup of tea and something good to eat. I believe the best cheese burger in town.

Simply delicious freshly cooked food..the cheeseburgers are so tasty warm buns good quality fresh meat and the customer service the ladies provide with there professional attitude and friendly banter, only downside I'd say is the cold wind you experience when there's no sun could do with a wind breaker around the seated area but other than that I'd say first class

Yesterday we went out into Hastings, first time out,in months( because of the pandemic) , it was scary, but nice . We didn't venture into shops but had lunch from the Turret Grill. Besides the fact I had the Best Ever, chicken mushroom and onion in pitta bread, it was lovely, plentiful , well cooked. But the warm caring friendly service, was 5 🌟, you couldn't get better. It made our day out wonderful. We will be going back

Love this place. The burgers are lovely. Much more substantial than McDonald's. Staff are always cheery and will chat away. If you like a decent burger this is the place in town to go.

Smallest cafe in the country (possibly in the world). All seating is outside as there's only room for one person in the turret-the cook! Fantastic burgers and grills at good prices. One of Hastings' little gems.

The Turret is a true gem. The fare is always freshly made, and truly tasty. On top of that, the staff are really friendly and always helpful.

Stopped at the Turret Grill for a quick bite to eat whilst waiting for an appointment nearby.It was very busy and a little disorganised, service was slow and I have to be honest when I say that the staff were not that friendly, maybe I was just unlucky.Food was okay, nothing particularly inspiring on the menu and I did think that it was expensive for what you actually get.Okay if you are desperate for something to eat, however I have to say that I would probably look elsewhere in the future.

An absolutely amazing place to go all the staff are really polite and caring and are happy to have a chat. Great food as well always better than anywhere else. Nice seating area outside on benches with umbrellas to prevent getting wet in winter. It's just an amazing place to go. I highly recommend this place to go. Lots of food to choose from. I wouldn't go there if your on a diet ha ha but otherwise it's the perfect place to go fill a hole.

Wow!! We were invited by friends to try the Turret Grill. What a little gem of a place! I had a cheese steak burger for brunch and it was AMAZING! Great value for money too. Love it!
