A huge store which was once one of the best in the area, but recently installed huge Telescreens at the entrances to show that customers are being tracked because they're not trusted...It is commonplace for businesses to use CCTV these days, but rubbing it in customers faces to make us feel uncomfortable is a troubling new development.I called customer services, but the guy I spoke to couldn't tell me why Asda felt the need to do this.I will be avoiding this store in future & will be wearing a mask if I have to go there.

DO NOT USE THE CAFE FOR BREAKFAST. It was vile! AND expensive for the disgusting food. I have to put 1 star on to be able to post this, but the cafe breakfast is not worth that!

Online shopping only delivered 50% of my order. Help line stated driver would return within 30 minutes with my missing items . Two and a half hours later I tried to contact them again and absolutely no help given. Looks like I have just been ripped off to the tune of ÂŁ35. Probably will have take this one further.

Well here I am again, in Asda’s click and collect, after 35 minutes and I still haven’t been acknowledged! I don’t know why I keep putting myself through this, you guys seriously fail on click and collect, it’s quicker to go inside and do the shop myself! The app never works, your team seem ridiculously understaffed. What a waste of my bank holiday.

Did a large, whole trolley Christmas shop last night. Navigating around the store we anticipated would be interesting, due to the restocking of shelves for the busy weekend. The disgusting attitude of the staff doing the work and the rudeness if those sitting around doing nothing, we had not anticipated, as we tried to actually shop. Not impressed with Asda's restock procedure to dump whole unopened cardboard boxes of new frozen produce into the freezer, on top of what is already there. I guess they think because it's boxed it doesn't matter. Either way there was zero access to the freezers and their internal lights had been switched off, eventhough there were no staff there for the duration of our shop. We kept going back in the vain hope of finding access to something, but gave up when we saw the dirty boxes still sitting inside the freezers. The floors were littered with tripping hazards and we constantly picked up packaging, and signage that would be easy to accidentally slide on. Ever done your own entire Christmas shop at a self checkout? We asked if a till could please be opened and were told no, it was busier than anticipated and nobody was available. So the self service staff stood on and watched us struggle and do it all ourselves. To be fair one lady was helpful and returned to us the copious times to he system jammed up. Her colleague however, was so curt and unhelpful, we thought it best to leave her alone, her grumpy hands in her pockets. People wonder why discount stores are popular? We'll, you won't see us inside any Asda store now and we apologise to your staff, who had to do some work, I week before Christmas and begrudged our £200 self checkout support needs.Custoners can be such a pain! Oh and Merry Christmas 🎄.

I have been using Asda for well over a year now and most delivery drivers are punctual and friendly. For the second time in as many weeks our delivery is well overdue. We have tried phoning but only get passed from one department to another, nobody cares! We are currently waiting and it is over 2 hours late on a Saturday night and for the second time we have had to abandon our plans for the evening. What a shower they are. The last delivery driver did not refund the missing items and refused to apologise for the ridiculously late time at which he eventually turned up. I complained to the store and then I had to complain again because they hadn't responded in nearly a week. We are going back to Aldi, great service, lovely staff, very reasonably priced and we don't have to put up with this rubbish.

The store that treats you as a shop lifter when you just paid at check out and the security guard stops you at door b4 you even go near alarm. He lies and says they do it to every1 and so do Tesco and that he was not radioed by a colleague who had assumed I was a thief because i had looked at clothes seperately from my hub..seen nothing I liked.. and then put my EMPTY bag in trolley AND squashed it flat.Highly offensive.Guard did not check bag of shopping only my empty one.Complaining to HO.Be Aldi for me from now on.Slow night for the blonde George lady i guess. No apology. My hub a regular customer and we have both worked for a much higher end supermarket. Why bring Tesco into it?Not in radio contact..what are head sets/ear pieces for then..tuning into alien space ships?!!!I

A huge Asda store with groceries, clothes and items for the home. When we visited the car park was very busy. Once inside it was obvious that it was a very busy Saturday afternoon with most aisles very busy. We had a quick look around and there was plenty of choice and lots of large displays of food and drink for Christmas. At the front of the store the tills are very busy and social distancing was difficult so we decided to leave and perhaps return on a quieter evening when hopefully it wouldn’t be so busy.
