Burger King in Havant

I have never waited so long for "fast" food in my life. AND I used the drive thru. By the time I got my stuff my drinks were warm, my food was cold and cold kids were making my life a living hell. So thanks for that!!! Tried asking how long it would be but no help. Only order 3 standard meals.

Half an hour we waited after being told to park up from going round the drive through. My partner had to go inside in the end to collect the food. No apology for the wait and didn't even seem bothered. Food was cold. Won't be returning. Would like someone to contact me in regards to this because I feel I am entitled to a full refund. What a waste of time and £28.15. Appauling customer service

Well it's seems £30 doesn't get you hot food here. Not impressed with the way they deal with customers in store when they have delivery drivers swarming around like flies!! They were literally blocking everywhere. The lady did replace our whole order and with a smile and an apology but that was the least they could do. The chips were very hot and everything else was cold.... can you work out what they did? I would rather have the hot burgers asap and wait for the chips to be cooked or they should time it better. Never again.

Food as expected but I really wanted a coffee with my meal. The coffee machine looked like it was on but was told that it wasn't. I don't drink fizzy drinks, I already carry a bottle of water in my car, and it's cheaper to have a meal than just the burger and fries.

Tbh worst I've ever ercseen it & less busy than McDonald's @ same busy lunch time on Saturday 12/02/22. That is why myself my daughter & granddaughter went to get a seat & my granddaughter wanted chicken nuggets. Well dhe loves the crown kids hats too so bonus . But went downhill from there. The whopper meals were like McDonald's cardboard & cold. The fries & drinks passable. But in way out the bin ( singular) was overflowing onto floor so health hazard. Plus on using ladies toilets there was no soap as dispenser had run out ( in these times really bad housekeeping or should I say restaurant management). I did bring this to someone in black behind the counterwho didn't seem @ all bothered or apologetic. . . Won't be using this branch of Burger King ever again as tbh really gone from bad to worse !

Havant branch was very cold, dirty and unwelcoming, the burgers and fries were cold and the staff never cleaned front of house once whilst my family were there despite me telling a member of staff how dirty the tables were. The only redeeming thing about this restaraunt was the milkshake. I will never visit this store again and suggest you do not either. The manager is clearly not up to the job.

The burger was only barely warm. Second time I've been here and the first time I went back in to ask for it to be changed which they did without any fuss. This time I just couldn't be bothered to go back in to ask for another one. Still tasted good although it was almost cold.

Ordered through Deliveroo.. Delivery time was constantly increased until it eventually arrived well past the original estimate. When it arrived I quite possibly couldn't have been any more disappointed with it.My customised order was simply not present and instead was a different meal. The other meals were mostly correct but the quality was shameful. The food was barely warm at best while the fries tasted as though they'd been microwaved; the were cold and chewy! The entire meal was bad enough that I asked for and received a full refund, not something I usually like doing.Keep your order to under 3 meals and you should be fine but like other fast food places in the same area, they simply don't have the ability to handle larger orders.

This review is better than I'd normally give burger king but I actually had a very good meal so it exceeded my expectations!Typically I find burger king in this country is simultaneously the worst food and highest price of the major fast food joints. However on this occasion the burger was great, chips perfectly crispy and post mix Coke totally adequate.
