Costa Coffee in Havant

Not able to take card payments, so decided to put notice up on till point screen. Not one member of staff had the courtesy to speak to people in the queue. Very poor customer service.

Friendly and efficient service. Not usually crowded unless weekend peak times.Plenty of seating.Would use again!!

They need to lower their prices or give free refills. Staff abit frosty. They should look at table service rather than people struggling with trays. Their cakes are second to none. Other foods never change.

Not sure if Google has right costa, this was Gunwharf Quays. Rude staff wanting to close early rather than serve efficiently, then suddenly no ice available and slow service meant takeaway only. With that staff attitude we left and got drink elsewhere.

Ideal for stopping off for refreshment whilst shopping in havant. It's busy but always seemed to have a table.

The largest cappuccino I've ever had! It was quiet and relaxed and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Wouldn’t bother, staff are dismissive and can’t handle busy periods!They hadn’t even finished my order and I asked to add some toast, they told me to go to the back of the queue after seeing me alone with my 2 small children. Didn’t help me out at all and ignored my requests after that. My small son sat with no food because they never have any other dairy free options!!!
