Drift: Hayling Island in Havant

4 of us plus dog went for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Service was perfect with staff being polite and courteous. Food was delicious and freshly cooked. A great location to look out over the boats and surrounding area.

me, my son and my sister went for dinner here. the food was nice, great service. the cocktails are the real winners, absolutely gorgeous! i didnt really like the atmosphere being someone whos alternative and abit goth. as soon as i walked through the door the whole restaurant starred at me lol. otherwise yeh id go again maybe when its less busy

Ate here today, Mother's Day. Excellent service from the staff especially Marlon despite the restaurant being busy. He was very helpful, even arranging for 1 member of the group to have her sweet at the same time as everyone else had their starter. Food was delicious with good portions.

Even though we have lived in this area of Hampshire all our lives we have never visited this part of Hayling island. Walking with friends and dogs along the east head and into the entrance of Chichester Harbour my friend suggested that we have coffee at this establishment. So we had coffee and sandwiches. They were delicious and the service was excellent. We were very lucky with the weather, we sat outside on a glorious sunny afternoon and enjoyed our lunch. We will return very soon.

If you want a fresh locally sourced tasty Sunday Roast Dinner, visit Drift, Hayling.Our family regularly visit from Portsmouth, the staff are very friendly and approachable, the food and drinks are all on point, nice freshly made Roast dinners with a great choice of meat, and Oooh! the tastiest gravy!!.Also, very family friendly, our kids had a proper freshly made to order stone baked pizza, we had to take some home there was so much.Fantastic location, within a marina, we can’t wait for summer dining to return there.The venue is tidy, clean and spacious. There is a mixture of tables and booths to sit indoors as well as outdoor bench tables etc.I’m summary:Fantastic Food & Drink on offerLovey locationVery friendly and welcome staff.Would I recommend and revisit…. 100%We’ll be back very soon.

What a lovely afternoon - I hadn’t seen my sister and her family, due to the pandemic, for over two years; so wanted it to be good; it was fabulous. The food was great, the service was too, everything we ordered was thoroughly enjoyed - and you know when you feel a place is really looking after you - that is how we felt the whole time - I can’t recommend them enough after today, food, service and atmosphere absolutely spot on!

Came here for a birthday meal and only booked the day before for lunch. They were great in being able to accommodate such a large group, around 14 of us.The lady that greeted/served us was very polite, and made us feel at ease and not like we've put pressure on them.Service was very good overall and food was brought out quickly, and within the groups we were paying, as we informed them we were splitting the bill before hand.I had the pork belly for starter, and the jerk burger as a main. I cannot recommend the belly enough, perfectly executed with a lovely sauce, and sour cream which go well together with the pork. The jerk burger was nice, with lots of bell pepper and mixed salad in the bun, the chicken could have been more jerky for me but I like my heat and spice.Parking is nearby so you won't have to walk far, and you'll have great views over the bay/sea.

Glad we kept walking all the way down the road! Yummy food! We shared the baked camembert and then the ribs from the specials board! Some of the best ribs we've had! Staff very friendly too. Will definitely be coming back 😊

Had a great main course at The Drift. This restaurant is hidden in the Marina. Place to go. Only 4 tables booked this evening. WHY? Monk fish great as well as the steak. Dog friendly.

The food and service was absolutely brilliant. Great veggie/vegan and gluten free options - even a Sunday roast if we wanted! Would recommend to anyone. Lovely atmosphere and our dogs were very welcomed - they even were given a sausage each from the staff!
