Elliotts Restaurant & Coastguard Fish & Chips in Havant

Poor service. Stood in there for 10 minutes. Only 2 people waiting. Nobody asked if we wanted serving. Very unhappy went down to the fair end to get chips. Definitely won't be going to the coastguard Cafe again. Definitely won't be recommending you to anyone

I brought my parents here today specially, they are visiting from South Africa, they loved it Lovely for take away or dine in. Really good quality food nicely presented, good variety on the menu, big portions. I love that you can get garden or mushy peas. Great location, lots of parking nearby, just opposite the miniature railway and the beach. Very friendly staff

Polite friendly and welcoming staff. Great looking pub. Good quick service and good prices! Will be visiting again. We only stopped in for a drink and some! But 4 hours later left after having a good evening.

For years i have been coming to this shop for fish and chips, always thought one of the best by the coast. But something has changed, Service is appauling, no rush to get people through, assembly of the order, so slow that food is almost cold on eating. Quality of the batter has changed. Shame to let your standards decline

Enjoyed experience after coming to the island as the inn was booked out. Staff was very nice especially with a little toddler.Shout out to Emma and team for being so nice and full of happy energy.

We have always made a special journey to this particular chip shop...(its not just round the corner, a good 15min drive) as we have always really enjoyed the food. Today however I was shocked at the price increase ( although expected it) but didn't expect the quality and quantity to be different!!! Sadly will have to find another favourite.

Well situated fish n chips shop. Staff were friendly and polite. Served the smallest portion of chips I've had, and the fish cakes were more potato than fish, but it was at least warm. Might have been the end of their cooking shift, so would give them at least another try.

I like to give reviews and usually pick my places of consumption intensely before purchasing. I genuinely wanted to have a good experience after coming all the way from London. But the service and the food I received was almost like… don’t come back. Be careful when ordering.

Really good fish and chips. Ordered the haddock and it was perfect, nice little fish and chip shop right on the seafront.

Everyone enjoyed their food here. Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff. This is our second visit and we are looking forward to coming here again. As a tip if you have children etc, I'd recommend popping to the big public loos across the road first if needed as the cafe is quite small and not loads of room to move about, the single loo & baby change is at the back via the kitchen.
