Great food, nice atmosphere

Customer service is amazing. I ordered online and didn't want the free beer so the restaurant rung me and asked if I'd like a different option. Coke etc. I agreed a bottle of coke would be perfect and thanked him. He really didn't have to ring and ask if I wanted an alternative. Food arrived very well packaged and handed over by a very polite driver. I've ordered before and had amazing food and today was no different. A****

Again came back and even worse than last time. 2 portion of chips only half of 1 was edible. Rock hard, dry no potato inside at all. The best chilli chips are now covered in a brown crusty salt which they never used to be and is disgusting. Bbq sauce is also disgusting these days. What happened to aroma from before lockdown??

They told me it would be delivered under an hour, I e now been waiting nearly two hours. Would rather they were honest about the times as I have 3 children waiting for there dinner. So disrespectful and dishonest. I have phoned them twice. Both times been very rude and unhelpful and kept telling me it’s coming now! Will never order from these people again!

4th feb 2022, what happened to Aroma? Won tons 1/10 chips with garlic + chilli not as good as they used to be. Prawns in ginger ok if you also like a plate of onion.

Ordered for collection. First time we have used this Chinese due to our local being closed for a week. Great food, quick to prepare, tasty food at a good price. What's not to love! Lovely customer service at collection and they checked the order again, before I paid. Will definitely use again.

I have just ordered for the first time a takeaway from Aroma. Now then lets review this and as is my custom we will keep it simple. Awesome, fantastic, excellent, superb and any other word you want to add for damn fine food. We had the special chop suey for the missus (aka the boss) a side of crispy duck, the crispy fried beef and a side of egg fried rice. Everything was amazing and probably the best chinese takeaway I have had ever. Delivery was requested for 18:30 and the delivery fella arrived at 18:29 :) In all honesty when getting home deliveries it just plain does not get any better than this.

The best Chinese takeaway in the area by far. Having ordered excellent food a number of times before from this restaurant, we pre-ordered today (Chinese New Year) and the food arrived warm on the exact minute requested! All dishes we've tried - including set menus and numerous other dishes have been great. Prices are competitive for the area. Online ordering system on their website works perfectly. They even gratified our request for some fortune cookies which weren't on the menu - excellent service!
