Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant in Havant

I REALLY LIKE THE PLACE IT IS SUPER GOOD, GOOD SERVICE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WE WILL GO AGAIN SOMETIME BECAUSE WE LIVE CLOSE

Starters were cold and soggy, chips were soggy and all dishes tasted the same. Very disappointed. Will keep trying to find a great takeaway.

We've had a meal in the restaurant and also as a take away. They do the best sweet and sour sauce and I love that they have beancurd on the menu which a lot of Chinese restaurants don't so it gives lots of vegetarian choice. We also booked this restaurant for a table of 12 people, all the dishes came out together and staff were very attentive. Highly recommended.

I had recently moved back to the local area and was looking for a good Chinese take away that delivered. Came across the jade garden and thought I would give it shot, I have never never had an issue with food or ordering. They have a really good selection of food and it has always arrived quickly and it's pipping hot, would highly recommend.

have been using Jade Gardens on & off for a while. I went there for a sit down meal over 10 years ago to find the owner very rude, she had no in house customer service rapour so stopped going there.I started using the restaurant again before lockdown as I thought it was under different management.This evening I ordered food to be delivered online, EST 60 mins. I called after 90mins to check. No apology, just told it was on it's way... Another 20mins later food arrived, soggy chicken balls, spring roll, chips, hardly any chicken in the curry. I called back & asked to speak to manager. The woman I spoke to was very rude, still didn't apologise until prompted. Then told me she was the director, if I wasn't happy to leave a review.... So here it is ... Appalling service!!

Have been eating takeout from here for several years - tried to order tonight and due to high demand the online ordering was not working after trying for 25 mins so I phoned and ordered they said my card was not linked to my address - how does a new customer order over the phone? I was advised by the staff member to try elsewhere!!! So that is what we have done and will do for our weekly or fortnightly Chinese.Thanks Jade Garden - terrible customer service!!!

3rd time we had food from Jades Garden and it did not disappoint. Food was very hot on arrival and super tasty, the best Chinese we’ve ever had!

Food was cold on arrival. Called to complain and was told it was due to being really busy and I had lots of choice so if I didn’t like it then I should use somewhere else!! After using this place for the last 2 years I feel really let down and will not use again! Terrible customer service. Obviously they do not value reliable, regular and loyal customers.

Jades Garden leaves much to be desired, ordered about a month ago for a group order.Failed to show up with the right stuff, missing our rice, the duck was a tiny portion for the price you pay you expect more and the vegetables tasted and looked wrong, I cant put my finger on it, I recall saying ‘Jades Garden, well this certainly didn’t come from the garden’Overall avoid this place.

Been eating from here for over a year every weekend and we've not had one bad meal. Always fresh and very tasty food. Very friendly staff, very clean and tidy. By far the best take away we've eaten from and there's been many we've tried previously. Will always stick to eating from here! :-)
