KFC in Havant

Food not good. Not hot..... Service with a smile I don't think!! Place needed a darn good clean (both floor and tables). Certainly won't be e going there again.

Generally dissapointed as it seems now they are only interested in Delivery. Small drink, food more thrown together and put in a bag.3 hot wings not 4 , but only found this when I got back to eat. Should I check the contents at the desk ?Maybe it's just this store, so I'll try a different location. Shame as KFC is my favourite.

Parking is a bit of a disaster if you are an HGV driver looking for a bit of food. But you can turn around in the fire station front and park up just before the roundabout and walk over to the KFC. There's an ALDI's store B&M store and Wickes store in the same precinct. The chicken is better cooked in this KFC, than others like Fleet services. Which is over cooked and rubbery. Havant's KFC's chicken is nice and tender. The staff are very pleasant here too.

This was the worst meal j have had in a long time. Had a zinger meal deal. Chicken was overcooked and dried out. Fries were cold, limp and tasteless. As I had bought it as a takeaway and was in a hurry to get back on the road was unable to complain.

Well... I ordered a boneless banquet meal. To which I didn't even receive the 3 mini fillets. I got coleslaw instead of beans and instead of 2 hot wings I got a drumstick. Was meant to have a normal fillet burger and a mini fillet burger but I got a zinger burger and a spicy wrap. Chips were rock solid. Not sure if you check your orders or even your receipts but unless you have someone like Stevie Wonder work for you then this is shocking. Worst thing is, because I ordered through Just Eat who let's face it, don't cook or pack it you take no responsibility for it. I don't expect 5 star but come on, just what I ordered please!

Very disappointed with our most recent visit, out of all the items that we ordered, only 1 meal was correct, but by the time we got home it is too late and it was just not worth the hassle or driving back and trying to find someone to deal with the problem and getting a replacement.

Was told after placing order a wait of 15mins for chicken. Another couple ordered at the same time they were given a free large popcorn chicken for their wait we were offered nothing. Meal was take away on getting it home burgers were badly wrapped and burger and lettuce was in bag.

If I could put 0 stars I would have, firstly tried to order through app in store, app told us no live orders so tried again, again told us no live orders so queried with staff told its on their screen check bank money been taken twice, speak to Manager who said get refund through app as cant be done instore, couldn't do that as orders weren't showing on app as we already stated, disappears and comes back with a number for us to ring as he couldn't do a refund !!! Got food home flat drinks, ordered zinger stacker meal but got zinger tower meal with mayo which is not good as could have had a egg allergy, hardly any chips with mine, hardly any sauce on chilli bites and also no straws!!!, poor service all round, how can a Manager not know how to give a refund even if through app, why should we have to ring someone, won't visit again

One of the better KFC’s I have to say. The store is modern and food has always been as expected. The car park can be a bit chaotic though so take care if you’re coming by car, make sure your eyes are everywhere especially when reversing!

Every time I go there through the drive through, food is always cold, or tepid at best. I should have learnt my lesson, but sometimes I get desperate for a whopper. Just have to nuke it when I get home.
