Nice hot food, exactly as ordered and fast service. Restaurant table could have been cleaner. Overall good lunch, everyone enjoyed it.

Located in Havant Central Retail Park. Easy ordering through app, machine, or at counter. Monitor then clearly displayed what was being prepared or ready for pick-up.Food was fast and came out hot and as expected. Ordered popcorn chicken it was ready within 5 mins of ordering so very fast and good service.Seating was readily available the actual seating area was ok not dirty but not spotless either. Toilets where not great but acceptable.Just marking it down due to the toilets but staff where friendly enough. Also gets a Mark down for the annoying chavs who where eating here but you can’t control the clientele unfortunately chavs and pikeys need to eat somewhere too 🙌😅

Service was helpful and fast, also a generous size for the kids meals (at least my daughter's one was) I'm not going to say everything was great but it done the job

Food was good but , 4 chicken strips a tiny bag of chips and a pot of gravy washed down with a regular drink ........ £9....... Really?

Always enjoy my hot wings from KFC. Just the last time they gave 2 small parts of the wing instead of one large and one small. They must be consistent. Will always go back

Really poor complaints process. I couldn't find any complaints process on the 'contact us' page on the KFC website and even when using the search tool they have no results. Hence why I'm here. St least Macdonalds and competitiors encourage feedback on their reciepts and by keeping in touch.I've had so many bad experiences of customer service from another KFC store in havant and this one finally tipped the boat. I asked politely if I can have 3 chicken thighs and no legs. I was told no we can't guarantee this. I said OK, can you please check with the kitchen before I order (a stones throw away!) No I was told they have multiple orders and I can't guarantee this. 3rd attempt. OK, can I please order and wait for 3 chicken thighs if this is an issue for you. No. Final attempt. Happy to wait in car park and even come and get it. No I can't guarantee. Absolute joke, rude and avoid. Far better using your local chicken grill for better chicken, service and flexibility. The food here is spot on, all cooked through and so hot that you can even leave it in the bag after a 5-10 minute drive home and serve it into stone plates and still enjoy the great taste at a reasonable temperature. Whenever we fancy a tastey chicken treat, this is our first choice. All be it the service isn't the fastest and it seems the staff put their most efficient workers on the just eat and drive thru service stations, the wait is worth it for the walk-in takeaway. Thanks for reading.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Went in to complain about my order and the manager made myself and my elderly nan wait 30-40 mins before he came out. While we was waiting for him we had spotted multiple member of staff not wear gloves or Wash there hands while handling food. Even certain staff member were touching there face and then touching the food. When the manager finally came out and spoke to us he was rude to my nan. We then spoke to him about the hygiene and again was rude.

If I could put 0 stars I would have, firstly tried to order through app in store, app told us no live orders so tried again, again told us no live orders so queried with staff told its on their screen check bank money been taken twice, speak to Manager who said get refund through app as cant be done instore, couldn't do that as orders weren't showing on app as we already stated, disappears and comes back with a number for us to ring as he couldn't do a refund !!! Got food home flat drinks, ordered zinger stacker meal but got zinger tower meal with mayo which is not good as could have had a egg allergy, hardly any chips with mine, hardly any sauce on chilli bites and also no straws!!!, poor service all round, how can a Manager not know how to give a refund even if through app, why should we have to ring someone, won't visit again

One of the better KFC’s I have to say. The store is modern and food has always been as expected.The car park can be a bit chaotic though so take care if you’re coming by car, make sure your eyes are everywhere especially when reversing!
