Marks & Spencer in Havant

Went in to the Havant M&S looking for a bra today and had superb help and advice from the lady working in the lingerie part of the store. I was looking for a minimiser bra and she recommended the wild Blooms full cup bra. She really helped me with the fit and sizing whilst making me feel comfortable. Thank you so much!

Poor guy having to keep an eye on all the self-service checkout machines, whilst being around the corner and stocking the shelves at the same time.Just pay to have somebody working on the self-service checkouts!!Also called up, no answer. Makes me wonder if these staff are happy at all here, maybe they are understaffed or underpaid & overloaded.

Still waiting for my coffee after husband in queue for 15 mins, cafe is empty as a result of such a long wait. Tables need clearing as well. Wont be back, terrible service .

Myself my family and other colleagues I’ve stopped purchasing anything from marks and spencers which which still supports Russia in the murderous ways think about it Marks & Spencer is think about it Blood is on your shelves that on my hands

Just witnessed a lady customer in the cafe demand her money back! Why? Because there wasn't a clean table available. She was granted her request, she left, then all the tables were cleaned! The staff stopped talking to each other and got the message! To sum up ... 5 star sultana scones, 2 star service !!

An average M&S store. Not many about now. This one is a full M&S food store and separately sells clothing and other products.

Thankyou to the manager ( I think he was anyway) today who was very helpful when my car was hit in the carpark. Unlike other stores nearby who said they were too busy to call out a registration plate!Keep up the great customer service and thank you.

The M&S store is great with both a good women/men/children clothes department and a food hall.I'm unable to add a review to Solent Retail Park. The following is not M&S's fault.This is a parking warning. You have only 2½ hours after which you'll get a parking ticket through the post. While that's normally plenty of time, remember this for peak shopping times like Christmas when you might visit several shops and perhaps stop for a coffee or lunch.

Gr8 place for quality goods, next year I'm sixty and will be able to shop here.

Went to the Cafe in this fairly new M&S tonight as they stay open til 7pm every weekday evening, which is good news, as most coffee shops round this area close by 5pm.Served by a really lovely member of staff who made my mocha really well, only downside was, the tables although mainly cleared, none of them have been wiped, so I had to sit with my lovely drink at a very dirty table!Limited free parking outside, & food hall downstairs has quite a good range of food, drink & household bits considering the size of the store, next time I'll look around the clothing sections, which look equally as good.
