Everytime the order is wrong always missing items they blame uber uber blames them and I'm at a loss everytime its a joke

Sorry, but it was the most horrible excuse for food I've ever had the misspleasure to eat and expensive, 2 adults 2 kids having nothing fancy £26! I'm sure the owner of this franchise will read this and scoff at it, news flash just because its always busy does not make it nice after all kids will eat mostly anything.

This was good break with stressful 3 Yr old not liking shopping experience 🙃. The greeter wasn't too busy to get my granddaughter to sit nicely in big chair by giving her different hat 😀 ( crown). She's @ that stage of growing out of their highchairs ! Was real struggle to keep her interested in eating but tbh every mealti.e can be a battle. She ate nuggets happily with sweet & sour dip without disecting skin ( as she calls if ) off first . Jamie Oliver would be appalled but it's not a regular stop off🙄 .

I ordered a delivery quite late at night after finishing work that was not delivered. I usually don't have any problems.

One of the cleaners in there, short hair and sort of old lady. Blonde ish - so rude stares at everyone while they eat, she sat on a table of 4 doing nothing, where we were 3 adults and a baby (this was when it was busy and nowhere to sit). Walks around like she owns all of McDonald’s Restaurants.

Absolutely the best I have ever been. My food was hot, well prepared. Cleanliness absolutely NO1. Nothing to compare with London ones. Toilet like in ***** hotel. Big thanks and congratulations to all employees. Keep your lovely smile.

Nice but desperately need more staff for lunchtime rush. 15 mins for 2 triple cheeseburgers is too long for fast food if you ask me. Lovely staff that were working hard, just needed more of them that's all.
