Pizza Hut in Havant

So ordered 2 large pizzas and some sides done to perfection by kira recommended highly and try ask for kira top quality and great service very polite and smiley

Came in on Saturday night at 20:36, met with a girl who has no customer skills what so ever! If she is new she needs training!

No complaints with the food but potentially the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.Order took 2.5 hours to arrive. Staff weren’t remotely apologetic and gave no reason for the delay. Phoned up 5 times in total and was fed a pack of lies. Oliver said that the food would be 30 minutes when it obviously wouldn’t be. Grace said the food was on its way when it hadn’t even gone into the oven at that point. Very poor customer service.They couldn’t offer me a refund because they didn’t have the capacity to do this so they told me to contact HQ who would issue the refund. Despite 4 emails to Marcus at HQ, they are flat-out refusing to offer even a partial refund. They said that these circumstances don’t justify a refund or any additional gestures. This makes me think that Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t set its own customer satisfaction bar very high.Admittedly, the food was good. But this kind of treatment is just unacceptable.Thank God there’s always Domino’s.

Always preferred pizza hut to the others and wasn't disappointed tonight. We don't order that regularly and have never used the Havant branch before, but it was just perfect!!! Ordered it for 5pm and it arrived on time. Will definitely use again thank you!!

I've never had a bad pizza from here, always a fast service.Also very accommodating to me changing sauces and toppings.Over all its always great service.

Last 2 times we have pre ordered and we have not had our deliveries on time. Had to phone up and ask where the delivery is and they had no real answer. Sounds like they didn't even have our order. So we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after for it to arrive. Very poor service, won't be ordering any more.

Absolutely useless. Waited 3 and a half hours for two pizzas which at this point was to late and me and my kids waited up since 7pm for it which It never came. Poor customer service, expected us to wait up past 11pm. Never using this store again if they can't prep two pizzas at a reasonable time. Utter joke.

We bought pizza and went to pick up on bank holiday monday. Unfortunately when we got there they couldn't do the cheesy bites we had ordered. They offered us extra sides as an apology which we appreciated. However 2 poor girls were working extremely hard on their own on a bank holiday. With orders backed up they did so well. Bravo! Very professional but should have had extra help.

Im staying with my family for a few days on Hayling Island. We wanted Pizza and we wanted to collect our order but having no idea about the quality I read the reviews about this Pizza branch first. I always do that before ordering food from a new place. The reviews were on balance favourable. However, our overall experience was terrible and this branch of Pizza Hut should be avoided. I ordered for collection. Two of my family refuse to eat any meat and wanted a vegetarian large pizza. We also ordered a Pepperoni Feast for those of us that do. We also had various side orders. I arrived at the store and was shocked at the condition. It was like arriving into a ghetto area. The store itself is filthy. The best thing I can say about the staff is that they are rude. They managed to get my order wrong although I didn't discover that until I returned back to my holiday residence. The vegetarian pizza had small pieces of meat scattered under the cheese and so was inedible. All in all my best advice would be avoid ordering food from here. The shop is dirty and the staff rude. Our order was wrong and there was meat on a vegetarian pizza!! Simply put, AVOID!!

This restaurant never fails to deliver on it's superior quality pizza at a very reasonable price. Can't beat the large pizza with cheesey bites, 50% off pizzas online is a real bargain compared to competitors. Staff are always reliable & honest, deliveries are timely.
