Ordered the quarter chicken and chips, and the chicken was so deep fried there was no chicken left on it, wouldn’t order that again, shame as other food been nice

Ordered a quarter roast chicken and chips, the chicken was deep fried to the point that it was completely inedible, jerky has more moisture than my chicken did.My scampi was more of a fish finger consistency than actual scampi.Whoever the manager on duty was tonight 25th of April 2021 should honestly not be a manager! He is rude and clearly doesn't know how to talk to customers.I called the restaurant to tell them I'm unhappy with my food as the chicken was honestly inedible and instead of resolving the issue as any good manager should know how to do I was shouted and and spoken to with such disrespect.I hate to write bad reviews like this when the issue could have so simply been resolved with a decent manager on duty to apologize and my meal should have been replaced and I would have been happy.Needless to say that's £20 in the bin as that's exactly where my meal has ended up.

Always great food and such nice staff. Once after going there my friend tripped when leaving and dropped her kebab. The staff made sure she was okay and replaced her food for free.

Donor meat was not cooked on the grill. Was warmed up in another way. This was on a Saturday evening too, the busiest time of the week. Maybe the grill costs too much to run! Was cold and rubbery. Yuk!
