Don't be put off by the extraordinary waiting times. Waiting two hours for your meal to come is perfectly acceptable when you know the reason why. I did a little research and found that the chickens are killed on-site, just for you. Look out back. You will find a large barn door. Open that, and a first-class chicken murder house you will find. I always wondered what those screams were whilst walking up the lane.... Cracking food - rubbish management.

Awful service. Booked table a week ago and had to wait for a table when arrived. Ordered poppadoms and starters at same time. Poppadoms arrived 30 mins later and were sort. Asked for new ones and they said they ran out…on a Saturday night at 8:30…got my old Poppadoms back which were re heated and burnt. After 1 hour 15 mins, no starters so I walked out with family. They need to sort the service out as it’s awful and I won’t go back there again. Table next to me also left as waited 1 hour 45 minutes for mains. Most people waited 2 hours for food. Unacceptable

We pre ordered our food to be collected later in the day, had an email confirmation at 5.00 to say food would be ready for our collection time at 6.15. We arrived at 6.15 paid and just over an hour later we got our food, yes OVER AN HOURS WAIT for food that should have been ready at 6.15 not 7.25. Yes it was a little busy but not massively. The food was nice but after the wait I probably would have eaten a scabby horse. Wouldn't order from here again for collection. It might be different if you are eating in wouldn't like to say how long that would take.

Order online with the restaurant for a takeaway for 7:30, when arrived hit with a massive queue of other people who've ordered takeaways who'd been waiting for much longer. Didn't even get spoken to about my order. I then was informed to go towards the bar when I had to proceed to the bar and then waited for a further 10 minutes to be spoken to by a member of staff. When I finally paid for my order they just moved onto the next customer without even giving a second thought. After almost waiting for an hour, my family and I had enough and asked for a refund, to which one member of staff tried to make us wait 5 more minutes to which we didn't want to do. When we finally got the refund the woman behind the bar told the supposed 'manager' too cancel our order. Didn't even get an apology for the long wait.Next time if you can't get the food out or are struggling with orders don't allow more people to order. Serve the customers that are already waiting for their food.

Phone through order at 18.10 told 1 hour to collect. Arrived at 19.15 and paid for the meal. Come 20.30 and I’m getting a refund from the rude staff. Not so much as a sorry. My food was never coming. The food is tremendous but they lie through their teeth about timings really not worth the agg will be going elsewhere from now on.

Went in once and it was a shambles but the food was good so thought we'd try a takeaway. What a joke had to wait 70 minutes to collect it, one of the meals was missing but the place was so chaotic it wasn't worth trying to get it and the food was cold. Will be going elsewhere next time

High quality genuine Indian Cuisine. You can tell they’re getting something right because they’re always so busy! Generous tasty portions and good service, considering how in demand they are. I’d be delighted to come again 😋 🍛 🍻

Food is always very good but service is a bit on the slow side, but worth the wait for you meal. Ambience was ok, staff are always friendly and polite. We went on a Friday evening and became very busy by9pm. Track and trace was in operation during to the current Covid 19 implementations, hand sanitizer on entry and every other table was in use. Highly recommended.
