Friendly staff always nice food

Went to the cafe to get a coffee, had 6 minutes until my train arrived.No one in front of me, paid for my coffee.It took the barista more than 6 minutes to make a flat white.So I had to leave my coffee behind to get my train.Wasted my money on this place. Never going again.

Infrequently open at morning commuter time despite advertising being open at consistent times through the week.On multiple occasions drinks have been overfilled leaving hot liquid over spilling under the lid seal.Service is slow and inefficient but always polite.

Platform 1: the worst customer service I have ever seen.. Donna. Small old woman woth short brown hair. Km train staff and went to order three coffees as we were scheduled to be there for five min. In the end I told her not to bother and I will go somewhere else. Her attitude is disgusting. She is stopping business from ther, I got on my train and a young couple got food and said to me "how rude is that woman in the coffee shop, dosgusting" I honestky don't know how she has a job after reading her reviews. Poor management.

I wanted 2 teas one with soya milk as have dairy allergy and got changed an extra 50p for splash of soya milk. U should not be charged for this its disgraceful

Wish I could rate it higher, coffee is ok and you don't have to wait long that's the positive part but the staff in the platform 1 side where rude and not very friendly at all not even a acknowledgement when you say a thank you when you get your drink your just ment with a moody little woman frowning at you like you have just spat at her. I always thought it should be service with a smile not a frown. I think they need to do some customer service training in all honesty and a bit of tape to put a smile on her face. Hope no one else has to suffer the same miserable staff here.

Easy stop for a coffee before boarding the train. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, even at 6.15am! Bacon roll is microwaved and pretty average, but is quite tasty and reasonable value for money when bought with a coffee. Papers, magazines, confectionery, crisps and pre-packed sandwiches are also available.

Not ammused just bought coffee...yes coffee is meant to be hot but not this hot even the cup is to hot to hold.Order two cappuccino well it just tastes like espresso with a bit of froth..no creamy texture like cappuccino is meant to be
