Subway in Havant

Disgusting just slapped a few pieces of cheese on top of ham cheese salad and worse that I paid extra for extra cheese!! And on top of that only ordered 4 items via uber and they manged to not add I the meatball footlong so now got to try and get a refund ridiculous never again will I order from here!

My first time to a Subway in the U.K and definitely the first and last time I will visit this one.Visited at approximately 4:15pm on a Sunday so very quiet. Walked in to be greeted by three very uninterested staff, apparently unable to smile or even say hello. Shocking customer service throughout. Not even a thank you or good bye on our way out. Really felt like we had annoyed them by walking in! The girl that served us was apparently completely devoid of personality and manners, not even a smile when I asked how she was with a cheery hello. If you don’t enjoy your job then get one you do enjoy, quite simple really, it’s called basic customer service. The staff here wouldn’t last five minutes in the States. I do hope the franchise owner addresses this, but unfortunately this seems to be the British way in retail all too often sadly. One star given because the food was good but we had to take that out as they had put all the tables away and weren’t due to close until 6pm. I’ll take my business elsewhere in future. Shame.

It was very nice but a bit expensive for what it was.

Staff lack respect, been there on 3 occasions, 2 times the staff were out of order, the 3rd distracted 4/11. Order a chessy pepperoni, with ketchup, I think they put a whole bottle of heinz Ketchup in my subway, it was disgusting and after one mouthful, had to be thrown away. Vile

A small shop but still makes properly tasty food.

ordered a meatless meatball marinara and a meat one and they mixed them up, Even labelling the meat one “meatless” if you have any dietary needs I wouldn’t trust them

Just has lunch delivered. Absolutely scrumptious!! Will definitely be back!!

My wife and I have subway here every Friday, todays was the best made one I've had, lovely service as always. Thank you see you next Friday
