As ever the Lord Raglan delivered excellent food and a great drink. Its always been our favourite in Emsworth, sadly we are back up north and visited last week for old times sake. The garden and views are lovely. The barmaid was friendly and helpful. I think it may have changed hands again. We had scampi in a basket with chips for 7 pounds it was a good size portion.

This is a well situated pub , but there seem to be problems with how the staff care for their beers and soft drinks . I had two pints of the HSB last night , and felt Ill . Our friends found the lemonade was flat and we moved on. Our son had to return a pint of Amstel recently , which was flat . The pub was taken over recently , clearly not to the better.

Lovely beer garden overlooking water. Although we didn't eat there ourselves the food being served looked good and decent size portions

·

Surprised with the views it has got and nice and friendly staff. Worth a visit to the town and this place

Restarted with new staff. No ales on, no WiFi, 80s radio station advertising through sound system and noisy hand drier audible through the dining area. Could do better.

·

Very old pub with a good selection of beers. Unexpectedly large garden to the rear, overlooking a small river outlet. Friendly staff.

Visited this pub for a Wake. The staff were great. Food was good and even though it was a sad day, the pub staff were upbeat and friendly. There was even a member of staff bringing food to the tables, so nobody missed out.Beautiful building. Nice pub. Little pricey for wine, that wasn't that great. But that's not unusual... unfortunately. Staff where happy to change my first glass of wine as it was awful. But that's just personal taste.

Impromptu stop off on a cycle through Emsworth. What a lovely pub! Staff were helpful, polite and top marks to the chef as food was fantastic, honest pub meal cooked to perfection.... nothing like a home made pie! We will be going back there again

Friendly cozy pub with small but will form take of ales. Nice outdoor area when weather permits. Traditional food served which is well prepared. Hosts live music but I cannot imagine how loud it gets in such a tiny space.

Friendly staff, good food, good beer, lovely garden, wheelchair accessible and great views. What's not to like? I would thoroughly recommend this pub to anyone.
