Beefeater in Horsham

had a fantastic meal out my server who was blonde i believe called Grace? ( i cant 100% remember) was so lovely and food was amazing would definitely return😁

Took a chance of trying to get six of us in here last minute. Could not accommodate us all at one table but could do two tables between us. Very friendly service in a nicely laid out venue along with fabulous food makes this place thoroughly recommended.

Food took an hour to come out when only 2 more tables in the whole restaurant. Food was cold and was sent back taking another half hour to come. Manager was very good and apologized for it and took the meals off the bill.

Went here for lunch and breakfast,The Romanian guy who seated us was so cheery and helpful it was a pleasure to eat here,The Romanian lady( ginger hair) was also so friendly and helpful,the lunch menu was awesome here, very tasty was my meal,the breakfast was also very good,the porridge was to die for,the poached eggs were cooked perfectly,we have eaten at a lot of beefeater restaurant's and this is the best we have ever eaten at,in fact when we come back to Horsham to see my daughters family we will eat here, excellent food, excellent staff, excellent, excellent, excellent

Had a roast dinner. And the roast potatoes were barely cooked! Was very disappointed. Asked for them to be cooked sone more and was told no we are too busy. Not good customer service.

Popped in for breakfast and pleasantly surprised. Not been since it reopened. Help yourself continental breakfast with tea, coffee, juice, along with eat as much as you like full english breakfast. Cant complain about, quality, quantity and price. To comp,identify all this, the staff were friendly and helpful. Will certainly visit again.

Been here a couple of times now. And I've always been plesently surprised. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is of a good standard. Actually had one of the better steaks I've had in a while there. Tender, juicy and cooked spot on. There are deals to be had which can make it really good value.

My first visit for a meal at Beefeater and found the place welcoming, spacious, clean and cosy.The food was excellent and looked just like the pictures on the menu, so well presented.Service from Shirley was quick, polite, helpful and friendly. Ray the manager was also very polite and cheerful during his travels around the restaurant.Portions were large and therefore everything was goods value for money. The starter was a bit large but Shirley just said if I could not eat it, then she would box it for me to take home. Eyes bigger than my belly.A great meal at a great price with great service.

I have stayed here a number of times the staff are always welcoming the rooms are clean the. Hotel has a restaurant that serve a really good breakfast. It's opposite the station and is just a short walk to the town centre. The rooms are warm and comfortable and have all that you need for a short stay, one possible down side is no lift by if that is an issue you can ask for a ground floor room.

Had a Roast beef with all the trimmings yesterday. Delicious. Only 1 small complaint, not hot enough. But great value for money! Plenty of veg etc.
