Bill's in Horsham

Saturday breakfast was very nice. Service was superb. All the staff smiled and were attentive. My wife and daughter had the veggie versions of breakfast and I had the full English. My only disappointment was the mushrooms could have been hotter. Nice environment with great decor. All round very nice experience.

Consistently left waiting while other customers are prioritised, despite being seated before. Staff avoiding us, and has happened on 3 separate occasions. Will not be back and would not recommend. Non white or interracial couples/groups are often ignored by staff. Such a shame, as the Bill’s in Brighton is wonderful.

We had lunch at Bill's Horsham today. It was a party of 5 and we had a very good experience.The manager who showed us yo our seats was very pleasant.The first waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. We guessed she left for her lunch break and Tina took over. Tina was very friendly and she well looked after us.The food was delicious and the waiting time was not very long. Very good meal overall.

Honestly, I've eaten here before (Pre-pandemic) and I'll eat here again.5 stars everytime! On Sunday just gone, at no prior notice, they accommodated 15 people for a staff dinner. Skewers for a starter were great, The Kimchee Fried Chicken Burger (see photo) was so damn good and I even doubled up the chicken.Thank you to the staff that night for being so polite, so patient as we were very dis-organised too. Shout out to EJ, you're the best!!! As I said in my opening line, I've eaten here before and I will do again.

I've not had a bad experience at any of the Bills restaurants I've visited. The food has always been excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. My visit to the Horsham branch was no different. Highly recommended.

Lovely food and decor, staff are lovely. All of the food was great, we will be back to try the pancakes!

We've been a few times to this branch of Bill's and we always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcome. Service is great and the food is always delicious. Cannot find fault in Bill's Horsham at all. We look forward to our next visit.

Went yesterday evening and had the roast from the festive menu, it is not a large portion for the price in my opinion. The service was great; staff were attentive. Atmosphere was lovely, perfect setting for our girls Christmas evening ❤🌲❤

Visited today for lunch with my husband. Building looks lovely and the decor inside is beautiful.The food was okay, had a fish finger Sandwich (wasn't many fish fingers for the big slice of bread), not a huge portion for £10! That was the only sandwich on the menu.My husbands burger was nice.Service was fine.Probably wouldn't return as Horsham has many other restaurants which has better value for money.Certainly wasn't terrible.I was annoyed that an automatic 12.5% service charge was added to the bill.

Ate outside on a lovely day at Bill's, the tables are packed too closely together. No privacy for conversation and I'm sure too close for covid distances. Very poor choice for vegans. Beautifully presented but over the top price wise. A few falafels on leaves £12.95. Not a main course in my opinion. The turmeric latte is the prettiest I've ever seen.
