Caffe Nero in Horsham

Have never had a bad cup of anything there, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Had the almond croissant once, was super delicious. Great service, always comes with a smile

To be honest it is always personal taste, but Nero does the best coffee In my opinion

Great coffee, be nice if the staff, apart from 1, looked at all interested, not happy looking.

The staff turnover is very low, so I assume by this fact and also that the Batista's always seem in great spirits and our always so kind patient and welcoming to me and remember what has been going on in my life ect, as I do theirs but I don't serve hundreds of guests daily as they do !.The coffee is great it's my second favourite after Starbucks in taste I always just Have a black Americano as I have a ketogenic lifestyle, something they always remember.And always add Ice to my coffee without me having to ask anymore, as I'm supper sensitive to heat, the two staff members I always talk to and remember are a lady with short trendy dyed red hair , and a guy who looks a bit like Tyler Posey from teen wolf lol.As for the actual coffee shop itself , it's ALWAYS clean, cosy comfortable seating especially if you get a sofa. AND THE BEST PART FOR ME IS THAT THEY ALLOW DOGS SO I CAN BRING MY LITTLE FURBABIES WITH ME !.

The medium drink isn't that big and they put a takeaway toastie in a paper bag....wasn't overly impressed but I do know people who really rate them so down to expectations really.

Always a lovely atmosphere in Cafe Nero, plus they allow dogs. A bit slow serving but they probably cannot have two baristas in the small space.

It's a coffee shop, I normally frequent the competition, but thought I'd try this shop out for a change. Service and shop were great, but the coffee was incredible bitter (and I have latte, so as weak as I can get! 😬 Maybe I just need to get used to their particular flavour, but I was offered standard and Columbian coffee, I decided to go with standard (which I'd presume should be pretty generic!) Anyway. Fine for coffee lovers, but if you prefer tea (like me) then the coffee here is probably too strong for you too! 🙃

Ordered a tiramisu, must have been made last week. It is terrible.

Gets really busy... not sure if they need extra staff to cope. Coffee is great as always but the sausage, egg and and bacon ciabatta should be renamed ‘omelette and bacon fat with shavings of sausage... ciabatta
