Dominoes in Horsham

Customer service was appalling I was in there today ordered some food tried to pay for it .The kid behind the counter said he wouldn't take my cash.... card only he replied so I said I can't order pizza then he replied again I don't care lucky my friend put it on his card well when the pizza turned up it looked like a homless person had slept on it for a week I won't be using that branch again

1 star because my granddaughter was so hungry she ate one piece but by the time we got the pizza home (only 10 minutes), it was cold, hard and inedible. The wedges were okay though.

Bought a large (and expensive) order and the garlic pizza bread was missing cheese, garlic, and tomatoe! When we phoned up to complain we were told they could not send another as it was 'policy' even though our order was wrong.They then offered a voucher when I was clearly unhappy with this, and upon sending the photos as required I recieved no reply and no voucher.Very bad experience.

Cold cold cold....thin and crispy means cold and burnt. Don't order pizza from here. So many much better places! Fireaway, Prezzo...much nicer...wood fired ovens!!

The worst takeaway experience ever!!We are situated 2.5m from the shop in a North Horsham (Holbrook) house that has been here for the past 30yrs, why does my Wife have to spend 15mins outside in the street letting all the cold air into our nice warm house to try and direct a delivery driver.When my Wife overheard the driver offering our food to a man at the wrong address I flipped and called the shop and asked very politely if he could contact the driver and offer him some assistance, I'm sure he just put the phone on the side and carried on doing what he was doing and after 6mins I hung up.When it finally arrived the food was, not surprisingly, stone cold needing the oven to warm it up. However, the pizzas were already burnt so we had to microwave them, totally losing that fresh pizza experience. The pizzas themselves were appalling, no visible chicken on my Daughter's so called Chicken Feast and our Hot & Spicy was all jalapenos and hardly any ground beef.We have used many Dominoes over the years, Longton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Brighton, Hove, Crawley, Taunton, Oxford to name a few and they have always been of an expected standard but Horsham has never been to the same standard but this evening's experience is the last straw. In my opinion they have become too complacement since the uprise of the town guarantees them the demand which they clearly cannot cope with.Never ever again!!

This is the last time I’m ordering from them! Last time we waited 1h30 on a Monday afternoon at 2pm for one pizza and some cookies… called the restaurant and all they said was: oh yeah it’s coming, sorry and hung up! this time the pizza arrived quickly but it is covered with bbq sauce… I always order the meateor pizza and this time is officially the worst one I have ever got. But on a positive note, the dough is cooked today at least!

Horribly inconsistent.Sometimes the pizza is ok, but more often than not the pizza will arrive and it'll be cold or it'll be baked into oblivion.Finally, prepare for the pizzas to never, ever be sliced well. Someone please buy this branch a new pizza slicer!

Very hit and miss at dominoes horsham. Have had some lovely pizzas but equally have waited over an hour for terrible stone cold pizzas. Only really worth getting if you have a discount code.

Took 1.30hr on a what should be a quiet time, arrived freezing cold clearly left out for a long time. Sent back awaiting a refund. Offered a new one which they said would have taken another 40 minutes

Was absolutely disgraceful, ordered at 17.40 text saying out for delivery at 18.15 finally arrived at 18.55 after 2 phone calls rude staff. Not complete order driver very apologetic but not good enough
