This is the best roast coffee I've had by a long shot. They're a small business but a very well oiled machine and their direct trade relationship and stories/information about the coffee growers is great to see. Highly recommend

We have a subscription with Horsham Coffee Roasters and have done for over 6 months now, the beans are brilliant and the bags are delivered when expected so a great service as well. If you are considering trying the coffee, I would absolutely recommend.

This has become my go to online coffee roaster. My orderes always arrive quickly and the free P&P over £15 is the cherry. But at the end of the day it's the coffee that does it for me. Always freshly roasted and a great selection to choose from. I only wish they sold tea too.

Great customer service.I bought a grinder from them, unfortunately it stopped working after a few months, which is totally due to the manufacturer rather than them.Their customer service however was great at resolving this, getting the replacement sorted and sent out, 5 stars

We found Horsham while looking for v60 filter papers and signed up for their single origin coffee subscription for a month as it was half price - we have had the subscription for almost 2 years now. We used to regularly order from Square Mile, Nude, Obadiah etc., but are more than happy with our monthly Horsham subscription as we find the quality to be as good, if not better at times. We even had a geisha coffee in our box last month, which was incredible.

I'm a recent customer of Horsham Coffee Roasters, having only bought a couple of bags of whole bean coffee from them (Organic Blend + Sol y Cafe Peru Organic).I ordered online for in-person collection, and from start to finish the whole process was seamless. I collected the coffee the following day from their roasting facility and was greeted by a nice chap (Harry, I believe) who handed me two freshly roasted bags of coffee.My primary objective on arriving home was to brew some coffee. Anyway, long story short, both of the coffees are delicious, and also very distinct from each other. They're so good in fact that I've already finished the Organic Blend, and am halfway through the Peruvian.I would recommend Horsham Coffee Roasters without hesitation, and eagerly look forward to trying many more of their beans.If you like speciality coffee, then do yourself a wonderful favour and give Horsham Coffee Roasters a try.

Soooooo much better than buying whole beans from a supermarket - you know they've been freshly roasted so you're getting coffee that's in the best possible shape. Just signed up for the organic subscription, two different coffees in so far and loving it... Express delivery, great tasting coffee, and make sure you try their amazing introductory offer, you can't go wrong!

Fantastic company that ships nationally so we'll keep using them even when we move to the South West! They have interesting and delicious coffee and work so closely with direct producers, focusing heavily on organic coffee and on working with women producers too.The coffee of the month subscription is amazing, gives you the perfect amount of time to get used to the flavours before the excitement of a new one. We ended up moving from 250g a month, to 500g, to 1kg because it was so good, and the team were so helpful in facilitating this.The speciality coffees are also such a treat and we've gotten into the habit of buying them for our birthdays. Who knew coffee could be so varied and exciting?

I've had their coffee subscription going for a while now and I've also bought equipment. Overall a great experience and I've learned to appreciate coffee a lot more. And best of all they're an ethical company so my coffee addiction isn't harming the environment or the coffee producers.

I ordered the 6 month coffee subscription as a Christmas Gift for my father and his partner. Unfortunately the first pack never arrived. I emailed customer services but all they did was tell me to take it up with Royal Mail. They can’t help me as I’m not the sender or the receiver. Legally it is the company’s duty to ensure the order I paid for is received and they haven’t done that. Really discount with the customer service here and won’t be ordering again in the future.
